Tucked away on a tranquil street in the renowned Dry Creek Valley, this charming farmhouse was carefully designed as a retreat from the hustle and bustle of our daily lives. Enjoy a delightful meal with friends in the well-equipped kitchen, engage in a game of chess by the cozy gas fireplace in the sunken living room, savor a glass of wine on the deck while observing the local birdlife, unwind in the hot tub beneath the starry skies, and, of course, don't forget to indulge in a margarita while lounging by the pool. We hope your stay is thoroughly enjoyable, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated.

THE HOUSE
The house features three comfortably appointed bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious and luminous kitchen perfect for preparing family feasts, a sunken living room with a gas fireplace, garden views from every room, a charming deck overlooking the gardens, a hot tub, a large pool, and gardens that invite exploration and foraging. Please note that our pool is not heated. You can relax on the lounge chairs, enjoy the baja step, or take a dip in the hot tub!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Our house is family-friendly, equipped with games, a sandbox, and ample space to play around! We also have a pack 'n play available and if you'd like to bring your furry friend along please reach out!

For coffee enthusiasts, we provide a drip coffee maker, French press, and a bean grinder for your use (coffee not included). We happily welcome up to 2 pets with a pet fee, the exact amount dependent on the number of pets.
Pool Depth ranges from approximately 3 1/2' deep in the shallow end to 6' deep in the deeper end.

We suggest exploring "Sonoma Magazine" online for excellent recommendations on places to visit and dine.

GREAT GET AWAY

Family get away with family. Very comfortable home and easy operation of pool and hot tub. We cooked at home and enjoyed the beautiful garden and property. Such a relaxing time. Thank you!

Weekend away in the wine country, Healdsburg

We had the most amazing week staying at this Healdsburg home! It had all the amenities we needed, including an awesome pool at the perfect temperature and a relaxing hot tub. The location was ideal, with a coffee shop within walking distance, about a mile, and just a few minutes’ drive to incredible vineyards and wineries. Our dog also loved the neighborhood, especially the neighboring horses, donkey, and other dogs. We definitely recommend staying here and will absolutely be back!

Great property in Dry Creek Valley

Sweet spot near all the good stuff

Beautiful location, the pool is wonderful, the kitchen is very well stocked. We stayed over a long weekend and had plenty of fun in town and at the house. Just make sure to keep an offline copy of the very long door code, there is no cell service at the house -- there is wifi but you'll need the code first to get in.

Ultimate Country Getaway

The property is gorgeous with the sprawling grass, and multiple gardens. The addition of the furniture and market lights creates a beautiful ambiance at night. The interior is so cute, and really well designed. We were a family of 6 adults staying (3 couples) and the (3) bedrooms worked perfectly for us. There is a lower level family room hangout where everyone could lounge together, and the main kitchen/dining space was perfect for cooking and gathering for a meal. My whole family kept commenting that this was the perfect weekend retreat, and that we all want to come back! The drive time to downtown Healdsburg is minimal, and some of the best wineries are within a 10-20 minute drive. We didn't want to leave!

Beautiful garden and pool house

This place was beautiful with amazing garden and yard attached with the pool. Inside was well designed and very functional with many daily items and lovely books. Though for the $not allowed to share per night (ended up with cleaning tax and everything) there was only 2 bath room and even if we were to fill the house to 7, per night per person which seems too pricy for the property. Compared to other pricy property I've stayed for this price, this place should have little more hang out room, another bathroom and maybe slightly larger bedrooms. Maybe the price is set based on the pool only since the pool is amazing. Overall it was a good experience.

Charming country home with five-star amenities

The house is gorgeous and just as advertised. The pool, hot tub, and back deck area were just stunning. The check-in process was a tad confusing at first. I received two texts with door code locks and neither seemed to work at first, and there was no real way to contact anyone because no number to call (only email address until you get in the house) and cell service was limited. We figured it out and all was well. Can’t say enough about tue facilities of the house though - very well-appointed. The interior is charming and the location is perfect for going into Healdsburg and out to the wineries. Would definitely recommend this lovely spot to others coming to the area. Thank you!

perfect healdsburg hideaway!

such a gorgeous and well-planned out house and property (with lots of room inside and out for when you're on a girls' trip and need a little space ( ; )! super easy to get into town and into wineries, but felt blissfully remote. can't wait to stay again in the summer to take advantage of that gorgeous pool!

Cozy wine country cottage

Healdsburg Homestead is a cozy little cottage in a very quiet neighborhood. The backyard and deck are quirky and wonderful. Both the street in front of and behind the house are very quiet and seem to only be trafficked by neighbors. Given the proximity to neighbors I would say this is not a rental for large groups planning to be boisterous which was perfect for us. We enjoyed the quiet. We cooked a few meals while we were there and the kitchen is outfitted nicely. There is a nice selection of vinyl albums and so many wonderful design books to enjoy as well.

Serene Getaway

Healdsburg Homestead was a wonderful place to spend a long weekend! My friends and I wish we could have stayed longer. It is beautiful, quiet and has all of the amenities you need! The kitchen is fully stocked, linens are incredibly soft and we absolutely loved the vinyl collection! The backyard oasis was also amazing. Hoping to enjoy the pool next time! Lastly the checkout process was incredibly easy which is so appreciated. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!
