Perfect spot for our family of 5

We had a lovely stay st Chanda’s property! We stay at the Anderson property every summer so we knew what to expect. The condo itself was lovely. It was a bonus that we could save some money renting a one bedroom and there was plenty of space for our family. It was my husband, me, and our three kids ages 11, eight, and six. Originally we had planned for the kids to be out in the living room, but since my husband and I tend to be early risers, we wanted to be able to have access to the living area so we ended up putting the kids in the bedroom and my husband and I slept on the Murphy bed, which was perfectly comfortable for a few nights. Even though it was winter, the indoor pool and hot tub were open and our kids really enjoyed swimming. One thing to know is that the free mini golf course across the street was closed when we were there in February. There are other places where you can pay to play mini golf on the island however. Even though the weather wasn’t perfect, we enjoyed beach walks and plenty of indoor pool time. We were very comfortable and would love to come back.

Missing basic needs

We paid premium price for this property but its missing basic needs like Toiletries, reached out to property manager and below is the the response "We provide hand soap and 1 bar of body soap. We don’t provide shampoo or conditioner " This is a 3bd/3bath that can accommodate 6-8 adults you must be kidding by providing 1 soap. Later on the same day property maager said cleaning staff will provide more soaps which never arrived. We ended gettting them from outside. Also two bedrooms were next to elevators with very thin curtains and barely hanging curtain rod in one bedroom. hard to sleep with lot of light seeping thru and elevator foot traffic. I hope property manager fixes these issues so that customers will not have to worry about buying soaps when they are on vacation or list it in the property listing so that everyone will be aware

Our stay was amazing we absolutely enjoyed it and we loved how everything is so close by as well but the only thing was that there was no can opener, mixer , and a baking dish but that’s the only little complaint we had everything else was amazing and wonderful the pools the lazy river the view , it was all amazing and the condo was pretty big and had a lot of room for all of us which we absolutely loved to and it’s an amazing place to stay for vacation.

The property shown was just as listed. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful and being eight floors up from all the pool distractions was great! Parking lot was less than a block away with plenty of parking spaces. I would recommend this property for a wonderful time at Myrtle Beach.

Awesome stay!

Our stay was awesome! The condo provided all of the space and amenities that my family of 6 needed. Ages ranged from 10 - 69 and everyone was comfortable. The photos on the site are a true reflection of the condo. The 3 full bathrooms and full kitchen was a plus for us. Being oceanfront and experiencing the rare Caribbean blue waters were a highlight for all. We’ll definitely stay here again. Maybe during the winter months!

Great vacation condo!

This is a wonderful condo with a beautiful view. The velet parking was great! The guys are super helpful! The rooms were perfect for our group. My only critique is that the kitchen was not well stocked, but there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance so this may not matter.

Everything was great; however, there are two tubs (master and hallway) that need attention as they do not drain properly while showering. The refrigerator inside drains water on the shelves. We put a bowl to catch the water, but a technician should be called. The sliding door to the patio from the living room doesn’t lock. That should definitely be checked out. All in all we enjoyed our stay. We plan to be back. Thanks for opening your rental to us.

My family has been coming to Myrtle Beach for over 25 years. We bought our first condo in 2017 and started renting it our self. It went so well that we bought 8 condo. Other owners asked us to manage their condo so we got our license and formed our company, B2 Vacations. We now manage many condos in Myrtle Beach.

Anderson Ocean Club has everything my family loves. For our kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony, sipping on a beautiful cup of tea.

Myrtle Beach is one of the nicest places to come on vacation or business trip. Its easy access from the airport or driving in makes for a great family experience. The proximity to many local restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of staying in a hotel with the privacy of a personal home.
