House with gr. Garden and Fernblick - rest and relaxation for nature lovers

The small separate side stone house is located in the south of the natural park "Périgord-Limousin". It was completely renovated in 2016 and was rented for the first time in 2017 as a guest house. It is part of a former farmstead, which consists of a main building and the annex. Situated on the edge of a small village community on the top of a 4-hectare land and allowed a kilometer wide view over the region in the typical hilly landscape with forests and meadows.
The living area offers 2 people a stylish setting with an outdoor terrace facing south and a covered summer kitchen with views of the surrounding orchard that also offers shaded areas in the summer.
The lower, open living-kitchen area features a cozy sitting and dining area with a kitchen sofa and wood burning stove. The small kitchen offers all the necessary comforts ready. The bathroom with shower and toilet is located next to the kitchen. From the living area is reached by a small staircase to the overlying bedroom.

Perfect for young fit people looking for somewhere off the beaten track

At a good distance from the Dordogne river, this is remote and secluded. The outdoor kitchen is great and in the garden there are shady places to sit. Indoors there is a smart ground floor bathroom and kitchen. The stairs to the bedroom are steep and only safe for the young and fit. Upstairs the pitched roof is too low for you to stand upright. There is a day bed where one person can sleep downstairs.

Maison tres bien faite, il y a tout ce qu il faut, terrain et vue sublime !!! au calme

Wir haben sehr schöne 2- Wochen Aufenthalt genießen dürfen! Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig ein paar Kilometer von diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es gibt sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in schnell erreichbarer Entfernung. Alles vorhanden im Haus - die Aussenküche ist besonders bei hohen Temperaturen sehr angenehm!

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Ruhige Lage. Liebenswerte Gastgeber. Schöne Sommerküche. Super "salon de jardin". Standort ideal für Radtouren oder Tagesausflüge mit dem Auto. Empfehlen wir sehr gerne weiter!

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique et cela est dû pour partie à la qualité exceptionnel de notre hébergement et des propriétaires! Pour eux la discrétion est un maître mot ! Wunderschönes Häuschen in ruhiger Umgebung mit einem tollen Blick in die Landschaft.Das Häuschen ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet ,besonders hatte es uns die Aussenküche angetan.Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfbereit.Wer Ruhe in der Natur mag,ist hier genau richtig.Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen

les propriétaires sont accueillant, prévenant, et très discret. ils sont toujours à l'écoute et de bons conseils sur la région Le logement est très coquet et contient tout ce dont nous avions besoin. L emplacement est très calme en plein nature permettant un très bon repos La région regorge de randonnées et diverses visites Un superbe séjour et nous n hesiterons pas à revenir. Découverte du Périgord vert

Le gîte est situé dans un lieu dit charmant où règne le calme de la nature. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et parsèment leur hébergement de mille et une attentions. Rien ne nous à manqué. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié d'être reçus tels des hôtes de marque !! Même s'il est petit, le gîte est ingenieusement agencé et l'espace ne manque pas. Les prestations sont de qualité et en nombre ( par exemple il y a le choix entre deux cafetières !). Un endroit parfait pour qui aime la quiétude ! Merci Petra et Georg !

Une semaine très reposante

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce gîte. Nous avons en particulier apprécié la cuisine extérieure et les différents endroits pour s’assoir et admirer la vue. L’intérieur est bien aménagé et confortable. C’est situé dans un endroit très tranquille et nous avons fait plusieurs balades en partant directement à pied du gîte. Merci beaucoup pour le très bon accueil.
