Edge of dunes and near the beach - perfect location and loving furnishings: Zeeduin 28

The house is on the edge of the quiet and well-kept park Zeeduin. With direct access through the nature-protected dune area "Zeepeduinen", you don't have to be afraid of traffic and street noise and can fully enjoy nature. The house has a beautiful garden with a spacious natural stone terrace and a separate barbecue area. Inside you will find an excellently equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with a large shower and an additional separate toilet on the floor. For good entertainment and accessibility so-called free WiFi, stereo and flat screen with cable, digital and satellite TV reception. All rooms, as well as the light-flooded living and dining area with open kitchen are lovingly furnished according to the needs of our guests.
The house has its own parking lot directly at the house, where two cars can be parked. There is also a shed with some bicycles.
If you are traveling with children, you can look forward to a hidden play area and a nicely furnished children's room with its own drawing table, and a modern cot can be set up in just a few steps.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus
Die Beschreibung des Hauses inkl. der Ausstattung passt sehr genau. Alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und man fühlt sich schnell wohl. (Lediglich die Zimmerecken im OG könnten etwas mehr Zuwendung vertragen, ansonsten war alles sauber.) Die vorhandenen Fahrräder sehen gut aus, haben wir jedoch während unseres Aufenthaltes (Jahreswechsel) nicht genutzt - vielleicht das nächste Mal. Die Lage ist perfekt für Wanderungen in den Dünen. Der Strand ist in einer guten halben Stunde zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Versorgung im Ort ist gut. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wunderbar ruhig und doch zentral
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub, so schön das wir nächstes Jahr wieder kommen. Reh und Hirsch im Vorgarten, Spieleschrank vom Feinsten, super ausgestattete Küche,... und auch die Fahrräder sind super. Ohne Gangschaltung aber das hat unsere Teenager nicht gestört. Sind super gefahren. Schnell am Strand mit dem Rad, ca. 6 Minuten, zum Bäcker 3 Minuten (Sonnemanns sehr zu empfehlen, der nächste Bäcker 100m weiter auch gut). Wichtig beim Supermarkt selbst scannen und dann eine Mitarbeiterin holen und diese um die Bonuscard bitten. Spart man viel Geld!

Klasse Lage!
Mein Mann und ich waren 1 Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr freundlich! Top! Das Haus verfügt über eine so gut ausgestattete Küche, wie man es sehr selten in einem Ferienhaus findet!! Selbst ein Teil Gewürze, oder Müllbeutel waren ausreichend vorhanden! 😀 Es war wirklich sehr, sehr schön👍 Das Internet war verlässlich und stark genug um zu streamen. Wir konnten daher unsere Kueblingsserie weiterschlafen ;) Ein neueres Kingsize Bett steht zur Verfügung. Die Matratze war bequem. IDie Einzelbetten ( oder Kinderbetten) sind ziemlich einfach gehalten. DasHaus hat ein wenig 70 er Jahre Style, aber alles ist sauber und gepflegt! Außerdem ist die Ausstattung unschlagbar! Wir empfehlen es klar weiter! 👍

Wir waren schon zum 2. mal in diesem Haus, es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen und wir werden sicher wieder buchen. Die sehr ruhige und trotzdem zentrale Lage, die Ausstattung und die völlig problemlose gesamte Abwicklung kann besser nicht sein.

Paradise on the Edge of Beautiful Sand Dunes
We can't say enough good things about this house and it's host. The tranquility, the nature, the wildlife, the quiet. It's paradise. And to make it even better, Georg, the host, is delightful, helpful, and he quickly responds to any inquiries. We highly recommend this rental for families, singles, and/or couples looking for some much-needed downtime.

Wunderbar
Das Ferienhaus hat voll und ganz unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Es ist geräumig und wirklich gut und gemütlich ausgestattet. Besonders gut hat uns die absolut ruhige Lage, direkt am Rand der Dünen, mit direktem Zugang zum Naturschutzgebiet, gefallen. Rotwild und Hasen kommen "zu Besuch".

Gezellig en goed verzorgd vakantiehuisje
Eind december 2022 hebben wij - 3 senioren (64, 73 en 75 jr.) - in dit gezellige huisje 5 dagen/nachten doorgebracht en er Oud en Nieuw gevierd. Inrichting wellicht iets gedateerd, maar verder prima. We hebben uitstekend geslapen op de bedden/matrassen in de 3 afzonderlijke slaapkamers. Zoals veel van dergelijke vakantiehuisjes zijn ze erg gehorig; dus laat- slapers moeten rekening houden met vroeg-slapers (o.a.. TV-zachtjes zetten en gesprekken op gedempte toon 's avonds laat).

Fantastic House in Great Area! Highly Recommend!!
This gem of a house is situated in an absolutely perfect location for hiking, biking, experiencing the dunes, enjoying nature, and getting to all the nearby sights. My family and I spent a fantastic week relaxing here and Georg was incredibly helpful and very quickly answered all our questions. We highly recommend this rental for anyone who wants to find a home away from home in Zeeland.

Ruim, net vakantiehuis in prachtige locatie
Vakantiehuis was ruim en netjes onderhouden, en van alle gemakken voorzien. Omgeven met een grote tuin met direct toegang tot het natuurgebied. Super dat er 4 fietsen waren, waaronder 1 kinderfiets!

Ruhige Lage am Dünenrand für erholsame Tage
Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus hat uns gut gefallen. Wir haben zwei schöne Ferienwochen verlebt. Das Haus und insbesondere die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Es gibt genügend Platz und Abstellmöglichkeiten. Die Bilder im Internet sind veraltet und das hat zwei Seiten: Der Garten ist mittlerweile gut bewachsen, was dem Grundstück mehr Intimität gibt. Die schöne Grillecke gibt es leider nicht mehr und auch die Terrassengestaltung benötigt wieder mehr Aufmerksamkeit. Wir haben ein paar Küchenkräuter in den trostlosen Blumenkübeln hinterlassen :-) Das Haus an sich ist mit Liebe und viel Persönlichkeit eingerichtet worden, auch wenn das eine oder andere wieder etwas Zuwendung braucht (Matratzenschoner, Teppiche). Alles in allem: wir hatten eine gute Zeit.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist gemessen an anderen Ferienunterkünften üppig. Wer sich selbst versorgen möchte, findet alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber dennoch in guter Nähe zu Strand, Dünen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Tolles Objekt in wundervoller Lage
Wir habe einen tollen Urlaub in einen schönen Objekt verbracht. Die Nähe zu dem Naturschutzgebiet, brachte uns sogar Besuch von Rehen ein. Als kleines Manko ist nur die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter vor Ort zu nennen, der sich eigentlich wegen eines Problems nochmal melden wollte, dies aber dann doch nicht gemacht hatte. Dank dem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieters, wurde die Sache dann aber geklärt. Die Sauberkeit im Haus war gut, jedoch dürften auch mal die Spinnenweben an Decken und in den Ecken entfernt wrerden. Anasonsten ein gelungener Aufenthalte.

Top!!
Super fijn huisje op een heerlijke locatie. Het huisje is van allen gemakken voorzien met een prima keuken en een fijne tuin. Het park waar het huisje op ligt is rustig. In het huis zijn een hoop spelletjes aanwezig, erg leuk! Ook top dat je de fietsen die in de schuur staan kunt gebruiken. Al met al een heerlijk weekje gehad!
