The first floor features 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, with deck off of both bedrooms. All linens & towels are guest responsibility & not provided at this time.

First floor: 2 bedrooms, and 1 full bath.
Second floor: renovated kitchen with quartz countertop that leads to deck with bbq grill. Open floor plan with living area, desk for those who work from home, dining area and full bath with shower.

House features all new flooring, paint, kitchen and bathroom renovations, and outdoor decks as well as new furnishings and decor. The 2021 beach season will be the first time this property has been up for rent.

6 beach badges are included along with beach chairs, beach cart and toys.
