Great experience

We had such a great time at this property. The grandkids had a great time in the Game Room. We all loved kayaking with kayaks owned by the property. This little cove was very close to the big water and the Marina. Our family of 9 made some great memories.

Great time had by all

Host was great. House was great. Lake was great. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. We had 12 family members from 3 years old to 63. Kids loved the game room. We brought our boat and the launch ramp was next door and the boat dock was perfect. From the morning ski to the sunset cruise it was a great time.

Very comfortable property

Fantastic Place

This stay might have been one of the best house rentals my family and I have ever experienced!!! Owner communicated with us even with the smallest of question we wanted to ask. I would not hesitate to rent this place again!

Great Lake Rental

Our group had a great time visiting Lake Sinclair over a long holiday weekend. The house was clean and came stocked with breakfast food and lots of kitchen supplies to cook. The cove location was quiet and had easy access to the lake and marina for our boat rental. Would definitely recommend and would visit again!

Girls weekend getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property on the lake! It was a great size for a group of 11 ladies getting together for a getaway weekend. There were 3 sweet “lake dogs” that came and went from the property all weekend, so just a heads up to anyone bringing their own pups!

Lake getaway

This was a great house to spend some time with family. Plenty of space for 2 families with kids. The kids never ran out of things to do! They loved trying the kayaks and jumping off the dock. The firepit was nice to make smores at night. We left with plenty of good memories! And only a 10 minute drive to town.

Old Folks Getaway

My husband and I took our pastor and wife on a little mini-vacation. This property was perfect! It rained the whole time we were there but we just rested and watched it rain. The house had everything we needed and more. Robert, the host, was so helpful in answering all our questions. We want to visit again in the fall.

The house was a great size for 6 adults and 5 teenagers

House was a great Size for our group. The location was perfect directly on the lake with super easy access for the kayaks that were provided as well as the paddle boards that we brought. Robert the property manager was awesome we had an issue with the AC but he was fantastic hopped on the issue we were never uncomfortable would definitely rent from one of his properties again

Perfect!

It was very nice to stay at the lake, but also enjoy the Deep Roots festival and downtown Milledgeville. We are GCSU parents and each had plenty of comfortable space. The outside area is also lots of fun. The deck is very large with lots of seating, and there is also a covered space with TV and firepit near the water. We enjoyed our relaxing mornings and evenings with the view. In addition, the kitchen was well stocked and we were pleasantly surprised to find some supplies we had forgotten. (We did not bring our dogs but noticed the cute bowls, fenced yard, and really nice dog food.) Great stay - thank you!

We got there to find water and snacks waiting for us. Even eggs and bacon in the fridge I confirmed were set there for us. Never had that before and a wonderful surprise. I have older kids enjoyed every aspect- workout room, trampoline, kayaks, fire pit, property! We would return.

Had a great time.

My family stayed here this weekend. We had a great time! We played in the water, fished, played yard games, card games, and just relaxed and enjoyed being together. Chris was a great host! He was very quick to reply to any questions prior to and during our stay. The only slight negative thing is the kitchen was a bit small for 10 adults and 2 kids. There was ample seating inside and outside. It was just a bit tight at times preparing and serving the food. The little island in the kitchen was very much appreciated! 😊

Didn’t want to leave

Our family needed a quick getaway and this property did not disappoint! It was fully stocked with so many goodies and everything you could possibly need. Plenty of room for multiple families as the house has 2 masters with 3 bedrooms upstairs!!! We were pleasantly suprised by the room! The Xbox for my older son made him so happy. And the workout room outside was a great bonus for mom! The house is located in a cove which provided peace and quiet. We were able to put boat in easily and store in boat dock. New kayaks and trampoline were just few of the perks for a family weekend at the lake! Highly recommend and would definitely come back!! And check In couldn’t have been made easier!! We appreciate everything about this property.

LOOKS BETTER IN THE PICTURES

Check in issues with heat/ac, lack of glasses anf forks, and left over smelly trash were resolved quickly. We were, however, extremely disappointrd with the condidion of the living roomroom, dining room and deck furniture. Photos available if needed.We had serious safety concerns about the wobbly handrails on the front steps, deck and indoor stairs. We were a party of 9 originally. Unfortunately only 7 of us were able to make the trip. Lucky thing, because there were only 7 sets of towels.The kitchen was well supplied with cooking tools, but severely lacking in dishes, larrge pots, and coffee cups. We had to purchase a new pot and a strainer to make soup. There were only 2 tiny dish towels. Only 1 bathroom had a trash can. We were visited by 2 cockroaches. Seversl light bulbs were out. The fan did not work in the #1 master bathroom. Lastly there were no directions on using tvs, appliances or heat/ac. It is a very nice property, but in our opinion, it has been very poorly maintained. We have rented from VRBO many times over the last 10 years and have never had to submit a bad review. The response from the owner/property manager indicated that prior ratings have been exemplary. My question to him is. " When is the last time you visited the property and inspected it in detail yourself?" Photos available if needed. .. sdisappointed wiith

How away from home!

Beautiful, well set up house in a nice little cove right next to the HOA ramp so launching is very convenient! Marina is just a short distance and Walmart is just 15 minutes away if not on your way here. Beds were very comfortable and rooms are invitingly decorated. Definitely want to come back with my family!
