Great property

We loved this cabin. Located close enough to food and downtown but still had the mountain vibes. Saw lots of bears, which was awesome. Had two toddlers with us who loved the games upstairs. Plenty of room to run around. Place was very clean and simple check in and check out process. Overall very happy with this rental.

Great Stay

This cabin is exactly like the listing. We came to Gatlinburg for the XTREME Winter Youth Conference. The location was perfect, easy access for the church van and plenty of room for parking the van. The youth loved the game room, the pool table was a big hit! Good size kitchen and plenty of seating. We loved it, definitely would recommend and stay here again

Beautiful Home

Very clean, easy to find, very responsive hosts. Any issues we had were resolved immediately. Only suggestions to the host are outside lighting around parking and front pathway need improvements. Also one of the bed frames in the upstairs bedrooms was very squeaky so might need tightened or replaced. Other than that the home was perfect!

Family Outing

The property worked perfectly for our group, five adults and three children. We had the perfect amount of space, the kitchen was well furnished, and we were in close proximity to everything we wanted to see. An excellent choice and we would stay there again.

The property looks just like the picture. Wish it was as easy to get out of the resort as it is to get in. Liked the locations of the bedrooms. The WiFi, TV and telephone reception was very poor.

Bear’s Haven

This was the perfect place for me and my family to vacation. There is so much to do in Gatlinburg and it was only a short distance from all the attractions. The only issue we had was a storm came through and lightening struck a tower causing the internet to go out on our 2nd day there. It was still out when we checked out 3 days later.

Great cabin getaway!

We stayed for the weekend with some family for a soccer tournament, the location is great and easy to find. We had a blast and loved the cabin. We’ll definitely be looking to book here again for future stays!

Newer Property

The property is newer and is very nice inside. There is no view, but it’s conveniently located to the National park for all the views you want. One drawback was the dishwasher was broke, so we hand washed dishes all week. The broken part was on order, so hopefully that issue corrects itself. There was no notification or warning of this issue, which I would recommend the property owners take into consideration for future guests before they arrive. Overall, great place!

Great for Travel Sports

This was the perfect place to stay if you are traveling for a tournament at Rocky Top. Very close with easy access in and out. Plenty of space.

Wonderful cabin and location!

This is a beautiful cabin and I love how close it is to everything. I have been burned before on a cabin when the pictures are misleading. The pictures for this cabin were spot on and we loved how clean it was. The only thing that would make the cabin less desirable for some would be the view. There is no view of mountains or any of the other scenes you might look for in a mountain cabin. But, for our family, it will be a cabin we will enjoy again.

Great for big families

We are a big family with 2 adult children and their spouses and our 11 year old along with 3 grandchildren so it is hard for us to find a place that is big enough for everyone to be comfortable. This cabin gave all the adults their privacy and the bunk beds for the kids made it fun for them. Everyone enjoyed the pool table and my husband and enjoyed the privacy downstairs. The location was really close to downtown and Pigeon Forge. The wifi was was not great.

Property in a wonderful area, very beautiful comfortable and clean. Hot tub was awesome.

Overall property was great, very cozy stay and well equipped. Only issue we had is that the internet didn't work the whole stay. I called about it several times and nobody ever took Care of it.

Bear Haven is Heaven

I like how we can just go straight to the Cabin without the process of checking in “in person”. As soon as we got in the cabin, we immediately wish we stayed there longer! It was really clean and I love how set the house up.

Fun & Family friendly!

The property is very clean. Lots of room for the kids to spread out and have fun in the loft. The rental company was super responsive and easy to get a hold of. We love sitting outside and there really wasn’t a good space to do this. The hot tub and grill took up almost the entire deck. So that to me is the only major downfall of this property. It had very dark paint and finishes so it definitely has a dark feel inside. We really enjoyed the community pool and huge fire pit. It wasn’t crowded so that was nice! We saw a bear right outside the front door in the street. That was exciting! We would definitely stay here given the opportunity!

Perfect for our small group!

This place was beautiful and clean! we brought a group of teens to stay for a youth conference and found this place to be the perfect spot. Plenty of room to spread out and sleep, yet cozy and homey for quality bonding! Easy to access and convenient to get to the downtown area!

Great Family Cabin

The 3 king beds were great for 3 adult couples. The kids loved the bunk beds. I would not recommend going with more than 8 people as the pull-out was pretty uncomfortable. Everything we needed was provided and the property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful!
