Very cozy condo in perfect location

Amazing in every way

We had a wonderful time staying at Amy’s lovely place! It had all the essentials and more, including games for the kids and toys and a cart for the beach! It was clean and close to the beach, and communication was super easy. We hope to be back soon! Thank you Amy!

We stayed here for a week with family. This place was great, had everything we needed. Clean, staged nice, equipped with cookware, beach towels, chairs, toys and more. 2 min walk to the most beautiful beach with clear water. Considering coming back. Would recommend.

Absolutely Loved It!

We stayed here with our two small kids for spring break and absolutely loved it! We've been to Destin dozens of times, so are very familiar. Great location, not overly crowded, super clean (even in those random closets that seem to always have cobwebs, there wasn't a thing). We would 100% stay again. Property manager was very responsive and great to work with as well. We'll be back!

A truly Wonderful experience!

Our host was amazing and accommodating. The unit was nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable. The pool and spa are warm with clear, clean water. Access to the beach was fantastic! We LOVED our stay and will stay again!!!! Many times!

Beautiful condo and location!

This condo is beautifully decorated and the beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect… just walk across the street to your private beach access. There is a beach cooler, chairs and boogie boards to use as well as some games for family time. The smart TV was nice as well to relax and watch movies in the evening. Highly recommend!!

Great location and nice condo

Access to the condo was very easy via a door code. Beautifully decorated in a modern beach theme. Pool was nice. Location was very close to the beach as you would just walk across the street. On the 3rd floor, I could see the ocean from the balcony if you looked to the right. Will keep this condo in my favorites.

Destin vacation

Everything was great. The host provided great communication and service. The home is decorated very nicely, very clean, and conveniently located to the beach. The condo came with extra toiletries, beach equipment, and more. When it comes to traveling and accommodations, we're very particular. This location satisfied all of our requirements. I recommend this location very highly. Keep up the great work Amy, and we will be back soon.

Wonderful getaway

This is a wonderful property, looked just as listed. The host has done a wonderful job at keeping the house stocked with anything you need. As others commented it is at a busy intersection, but we arrived on a Saturday so that was the only night it was a tad noisy. Again, the host has everything needed including additional fans to drown out the noise. The place overlooks the pool & is a very short walk to the beach. We would absolutely stay again

So Easy, So relaxing

I completely loved the property, it was as advertised. I saw another property in the same development but it just didn't compare! This place smells nice, updated fixtures, great view. The property manager was so responsive and kind. I completely recommend. We all slept like babies, but if you want zero street noise like voices and cars going by.. you may not like it. Didn't bother us we'd do this again and again!

Great vacation condo!

Condo was extremely clean and very beautifully decorated. ( I am super picky when it comes to cleanliness and this was excellent in cleanliness) It had all items one would need- beach toys, beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, kitchen appliances, etc. The manager was exceptional to deal with at all times. The pool was super convenient and well maintained. Elevator was very convenient and a great feature. The access to restaurants, beach access, etc was also great! The beach access does require a good set of steps to get to the beach just in case you have someone who can’t climb stairs well. Plenty of parking at the condo. The street in front of the condo is busy but never bothered us for the most part. In the late evening people were honking their horns until late in the night. Turn the box fan on to help drown the noise out and it’s fine. I’m guessing the noise is only an issue during summer months. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend! We stayed with 4 adults and 2 kids.

This condo is well appointed all around with room for up to 6! Best part is that it's only steps away from the gorgeous beach. Completly updated throughout including new furniture, all the fixtures and coastal decor. Beach chairs and beach towels are also included for your convenience! Our favorite place in the morning for coffee or in the evening for a cocktail is on the balacony over looking the pool and hearing the waves crash!
Walking distance to Pompano Joe's, Kenny D's, Whalestale, Bad Ass Coffee, Emerald Coast Winery, Pascalli Kitchen, Alvin's Island and more!
Short drive to the Harbour Walk, Crab Island, many restaurants, The Track, Baytowne Wharf, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, and all that Destin has to offer!
