Why they chose this property

We absolutely adore this neighborhood! Windsor Park neighborhood is less than a mile from all the downtown action & still has a cute, quaint neighborhood feel. There are also so many cute shops in the neighborhood right down the street including a local coffee shop/bakery (with the absolute best pastries), a brewery, gift shop & many more. Everyone is beyond friendly and it’s a great place to visit if you are traveling near the downtown Indy area!
