Clare’s property is gorgeously appointed and has everything you need with excellent quality and attention to details. Very comfortable bed, pillows and high thread count sheets. Wonderful snack basket for when I keep forgetting to buy food and variety of Kcup coffees. Loved it and will definitely recommend and come back!
Stayed for the superbowl and was extremely happy with the location. Very close to the Superdome. Area was clean. Host left snacks and bottled water. Did see a few strains of hair in the bathroom and on the bed. But other than that it was extremely clean and tidy. Will definitely recommend.
The apartment was super clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the streetcar line and there was sufficient room for parking on the street. We are very happy with our choice to stay at this VRBO.
My son and I were looking for a reasonably priced place to land for a couple of days when we decided to make an impromptu trip to the Sugar Bowl. This was perfect. Imagine a classy hotel room without the burden of elevators and noisy people next door. Sadly, there was a terror attack and our plans had to change. The host was great about helping us stay an extra day to accommodate our schedule change. It was much appreciated. If you know NOLA, then you know that it is a beautiful, real and gritty city. We love it. But, be prepared for some real life happening on the street outside this rental. Nothing dangerous or disturbing...just real people, in a real place, trying to get by. We will be back.
This property was awesome. Everything you need and beautiful little condo. Clare thought of everything and was so nice. Will definitely stay again if ever in New Orleans again.
This was a perfect place to stay for a weekend in New Orleans! It was a good location for everything we wanted to do and we felt safe being in a gated house. The host was very communicative and even kind enough to leave us some snacks and waters. Would definitely stay here again!
This property was as advertised and it was beautiful and comfortable. Clare was amazing at communicating and even let me know about streets that were blocked due to a parade. The property was a 5min walk to St. Charles Ave and the RTA Green street car picks you up right there on 3rd street. I enjoyed the ease and comfort of Clare’s property. I really looking forward to staying here again on my next visit.
The cleanliness and security was excellent. It was a tally comforting having the owner next door. She is a true sweetheart. I will and am going to stay again
Nice location not far from the city and away from crazy traffic. The stay was lovely, felt like I was at an away home I been wanting to get back to. Definitely would come back to stay here on my next vacation!
The studio was nice and clean, and the A/C worked extremely well, which is key in New Orleans. The area is improving but not the greatest. Being near the streetcar is really nice though and there are a lot of walkable places nearby.
I appreciated the security fence, as well as the key code required for both the gate and home entry. It was great to return home to air conditioning after being in the heat. Very convenient to have an on site washer and dryer. GREAT shower. Nicely appointed and well thought out.
Clean and well appointed. Very nice new place. Neighborhood seemed a bit questionable but it’s typical spotty New Orleans. Neighbors don’t like rentals next door but it was safe with the locked gate. Perfect for a quick night coming from BR. Overall great place.
This property is outstanding in location, safety, comfort , and communication with the host!
The perfect opportunity to explore NewOrleans most beautiful areas, without moving your car!
The property itself was very clean and well stocked with close proximity to the Magazine Street and the convenience of the Saint Charles Streetcar.
However, it's important to note that the neighborhood can feel a bit dicey at times, depending on your comfort level. We were woken up by a couple arguing loudly on the street at 5 am, right outside the property. Additionally, on a Saturday night, a neighbor played very loud music until 3 am. Like any place, there are tradeoffs.
If you're willing to embrace the quirks of the neighborhood, this vrbo offers a nice place to stay within walking distance of various activities. Just be prepared for the occasional disruptions that come with the surroundings.
Beautiful little place walkable to great neighborhoods
Clare's place was wonderful and very cozy. We felt secure in the house and he bed was very comfortable. Clare was easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend!
I enjoyed my stay at this suite-like room on the East side of NOLA. The place was clean, organized, secure and spacious. It has more than what you need. Having a washer/dryer helps you to conveniently travel light. It is 3 short blocks from Charles Street and to the nearest streetcar stop. I loved the place because it was away from the busy-ness of the western part of the city and gives you the experience of "living in NOLA".
Clare, the host, was great. She was responsive and answered all my questions. She provided concise and reasonable instructions on what to do at check out. The check-in was a breeze.
Highly recommend the place!
