Nice bungalow directly on the sandy beach and in the centre

LA PERLA DI SICILIA

The small park "La Perla di Sicilia", where a total of 9 bungalows are located, is quiet and central, directly on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Sicily.
The sandy bay is surrounded by beautiful dunes and the sandy beach, which slopes gently into the sea, invites you to enjoy a wonderful swim for young and old. The centre of Marina di Modica with its restaurants, bars and gelatterias is only a few minutes walk away.

The detached bungalows in the park are surrounded by blossoming oleander bushes, lemon, orange and fig trees and by beautiful large and small palm trees.

The holiday home is approx. 50 sqm large, simply furnished and functionally equipped. The bungalow has two separate bedrooms, a dining room with kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a handicapped accessible door that cannot be locked. Furthermore, a Smart-TV, W-Lan and air conditioning (for a fee) are also part of the equipment. Outside the bungalow there is a terrace.

The detached bungalow in the park is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation such as palm trees, oleander, hibiscus, eucalyptus and many more (see example photos on the internet presentation).

For the fun of the children, there is a new playground and a table tennis table.

The car can be parked outside the park on a traffic-calmed dead-end street or in a private parking area in the garden (outside).

Due to the central location of the park, directly on the sandy beach and the centre of the seaside resort, music could be played loudly until late at night in the main months of July and August.

MARINA DI MODICA

Marina di Modica is situated directly on the sea, between Sampieri and Pozzallo, on the southern tip of Sicily, far away from tourist centres. The sandy beach of the village is surrounded by dunes and is one of the most beautiful stretches of coast on the island. The sandy beach, which slopes gently into the sea, is ideal for families with small children, but also for senior citizens. Along the sea, there is a beautiful promenade surrounded by a south Italian park where a market is held at weekends.
In July and August, when the locals are on holiday, the otherwise quiet seaside resort comes to life with live music, theatre performances and beach bars around the centrally located bungalow park providing entertainment until late at night.

In winter, warm, spring-like temperatures invite you to spend the winter in Sicily.

EXCURSION TARGETS

Only 6 km from the park is the small fishing town of Pozzallo, with many shopping and shopping facilities and a beautiful 'piazza' surrounded by palm trees. If you like fresh fish, this is the place to be.

The baroque town of Modica is only 15 minutes drive from Marina di Modica and is what you would expect from a typical Sicilian small town. Here the life pulsates from early in the morning until late at night. Impressive is the old town of Modica with its numerous baroque churches, such as the cathedral of San Giorgio, both by day and by night!

Other interesting places to visit are Syracuse, Agrigento, Palermo, Segesta, Selinunte, Cefalù, Piazza Armerina, Catania, Cava d`Ispica, Camarina, Castello di Donnafugata, Ragusa, Modica, Noto, Scicli, Taormina and of course Etna.

On request we can also organise partial excursions. Day trips from the neighbouring town of Pozzallo to the nearby island of Malta can be booked through us.

WINTER IN SICILY AND HOLIDAY WITH YOUR DOG
