This slice of paradise is directly on the St. Johns River in a wide section of the river with incredible views. Newly renovated private dock with boat slip. The home is a two master bedrooms plan with a comfortable living room and well stocked kitchen. The enclosed back porch has a daybed and trundle for additional sleeping arrangements. Large back deck right on the water to relax and watch the wildlife and, if you want entertainment, this home is just a few docks from Renegades on the River. Restaurants and boat rentals are close by. Just a 25-30 minute boat ride to the springs!!
