About this property

Well-kept and family-friendly villa with private pool near the beach

The Villa "Les Collières" is like a second home for everyone who is on vacation on the Cote d'Azur. On about 130 square meters of living space and a 1,200 square meter plot of land, you and your loved ones are all to yourself. The beach visitor is after 900 m at the Baie de Cavalaire. The provencial house offers three bedrooms, all of which offer a beautiful view of the pool. A spacious living and dining room, an open traditional kitchen that is fully equipped, a pantry with washer and dryer and a garage are also included. The in-house boules court invites you to play together. The villa was renovated in 2017 and refurbished with a lot of heart and attention to detail. Our house is located in a private residential complex, which is only accessible to approx. 30 house parties.

Sehr liebevoll ausgestattetes Haus in Toplage
Wir waren im Juli 23 zu 4. für eine Woche in diesem tollen Haus. Alle haben den schönen Garten mit natürlichem Schatten unter einer Palme und die Abkühlung im Pool sehr genossen. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und wir konnten uns zu jeder Zeit an die sehr freundlichen Eigentümer und die hilfsbereiten Hausmeister vor Ort wenden. Es gab eine neue Küche u neue Bäder. Die Ausstattung hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Von Cavalaire aus kann man tolle Radtouren zu unterschiedlichsten Stränden machen und ist auch schnell im Ort selber. Wir können die Unterkunft rundum nur empfehlen!!!

Lovely Villa
We had a wonderful stay at the Villa. It is spacious and clean and the layout was perfect for us. The heated pool was a great addition for our 6 year old who was in everyday, even when it rained! And the gardens were lovely. We love visiting Cavalaire and the location was ideal. Not to far to walk to the local shop down the hill but we drove to the beach ( too many things to carry).. Communicating with the owner was easy and quick. I would recommend staying here anytime and would love to return. Thank you.

Tolles Haus
Entspannter Urlaub. Haus ist super sauber, hochwertig, vollständig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles passt zusammen. Man merkt, dass die Eigentümer es selber gerne nutzen. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Hausmeister, sehr nette Vermieterin. Ich möchte wieder hinfahren!

Nous avons passés deux semaines idylliques dans cette location.L’espace de vie , le calme de la résidence et sa localisation nous ont permis d’être mobile entre la ville et la plage et de profiter d'un havre de tranquillité.L’Équipement très complet de la location permets aux familles les plus exigeantes de se sentir comme à la maison . Nous conseillons vivement cette location.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette villa. La villa est très propre et très bien équipée. Beau jardin au calme avec piscine chauffée. Très bien située car proche des commerces et de la plage. Les propriétaires ainsi que les personnes nous accueillants sont à l'écoutes et serviables. Si nous revenons dans la région nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir.
