Cozy home in Rockneby with WiFi
The Kalmar Sound is only 30 m away!
Large windows provide a good view of the bay and the jetty. The boat and canoe at the jetty are included in the rent, but shared with S35088. The large porch is partially under roof. The architect has provided a spacious feeling inside, but it is still cozy. Next to the pier is also a boathouse with a sauna heated with wood, from which you have a beautiful view of the bay.
The surrounding area is dominated by beautiful nature, there are several swimming spots and good fishing grounds. Also the area is good for mushroom hunting. You can do good hiking and mountain bike tours here. For a day trip are suitable Astrid Lindgrens Värld, Glasriket and the Sommerstad Västervik. 20 km from the house you can find Kalmar, it attracts with an interesting history and the proximity to Öland. In Kalmar you can also eat well, shop and you will find activities for all ages.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of SEK 125.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed.
