Family-friendly escape just a few hundred feet from Moriches Bay on a peaceful 3/4 of an acre. The town is lovely in all seasons but really comes alive in the summer. Enjoy the relaxing scenery by the water adjacent to the Hamptons - without all the traffic. The property boasts a newly constructed deck with grill, dining table and lounge area, 40x20 foot pool, bluestone pool patio, custom copper outdoor shower and plenty of outdoor space to relax. A local beach is a five minute drive away, and you have easy access to both the Hamptons and the North Fork. Ask for recommendations on local restaurants, farm stands, and more!

Funeral Visit

Stayed while attending a family funeral. Although spent little time at the house it was clean and in a nice spot. Our only surprise was the lack of a TV in the living space. During a short break we went to watch College football and noticed it

Great for our family

The property was perfect for our family of 4 plus one of our kids grandparents. The house is comfortable and well designed and the host is lovely and responsive. It’s a short drive to WHB where we spent time when not in the pool.

Another great stay in Morriches

We rented the same house as last year. Pool in the backyard is great for the kids and Smith point beach is also close by. The house is well furnished and comfortable. The host, Mary, answered all of our questions promptly.

Great quiet getaway

We chose this property so we could have a nice relaxing weekend outside of the city. The house was great and super clean. The pool was divine and super private. Mary the owner was also very responsive and made the whole stay very easy.

Making Memories with the family!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Mary’s place in Center Moriches. We came in for my son’s graduation and spent time in NYC, the beach and with family. We felt comfortable at the home and there was some much to do. It was a great and memorable weekend. Thank you!

Great summer getaway!

Our group of 6 had a blast at the house this weekend. While there was an issue with the A/C upstairs, we contacted the host who was quick to find a solution and extremely communicative (during the troubleshooting and throughout our stay). The space was perfect for our group and had everything we needed to grill, relax at the pool, and make/enjoy meals at home. There are a lot of great local spots nearby for food and coffee as well, and it's a short drive to some great beaches and other outdoor activities. We'd absolutely recommend!

Wonderful home in a great location

My adult children and I enjoyed our weekend stay very much! It was off season so we didn’t use the pool, but the house was perfect for our needs. Spacious, clean and well stocked. Of note, the only TV is up in a nook off one of the bedrooms, but we didn’t even miss having a TV. We definitely recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future.

Just like home!

Just had a lovely stay at this Center Moriches home with family. Our family not only stayed here, but hosted our Thanksgiving meal with extended family. The kitchen and dining room were just what we needed! The entire place is beautiful, just as in the photos, but the rooms are larger in person than they show in the pictures. To top it all off, the host is wonderful, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect!

Amazing house in Central Moriches

My family really enjoyed our stay this summer. The pool was gorgeous and the house was very clean with comfortable beds. It is located in a convenient location close to playgrounds and beaches as well as supermarkets and farm stands. Mary was very nice and responded quickly to our questions.

I will be back!

This is the second year in a row that I have stayed here and I have every intention of returning again next year. Everything is well maintained. It is fully equipped, beautifully decorated and the pool is wonderful. Mary is easy to communicate with and very responsive which us key when renting properties.

Wonderful time at Moriches home!

My family and I had an incredibly positive experience at Mary's home in Moriches. The pool was definitely the highlight. We used it every day. It was clean and the perfect size and depth for our needs. The home itself was also beautiful and clean. The beds, especially the pillows, were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had all the utensils and items needed and the layout was perfect for cooking and hanging out. Mary was responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning in the future!

Perfect low key girls weekend

Beautiful home

We booked this property for a birthday celebration and could not have been more pleased. Booking was seamless, the house looked even more beautiful in person, and the owner was easy to work with. So many different nooks inside the house, and the outside area is all around stunning.

Summer get away!

The property was wonderful. It was immaculate. The pool was very large and most enjoyable during this particularly HOT summer. The decor was soothing and the furniture was so comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed - everything you need. I can't wait to go back!

Hidden gem in Center Moriches

Clean convenient and stylish house with plenty of rooms nooks and crannies to get lost in. Smartly decorated cozy and comfortable. Amazing pool right out of the Hamptons! Closer to NYC than the Hamptons making it a convenient drive.

A true gem of a beach house escape from NYC

Mary's house was absolutely perfect for our stay. A few friends and I wanted to escape NYC but didn't want to be stuck in the Hampton's traffic so this beach house (only 1hr 20 minutes from my home in Brooklyn!) was perfect. There are three proper bedrooms all with their own look and feel - great sense of design. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy delicious dinners on the brand new deck with a grill. The property is quite large - behind the stunning swimming pool is a larger lawn and the home feels super spacious and comfortable. The beach is only a 5 minute drive, or 20 minute walk away and is super private and uncrowded. Highly recommend for those looking for a chill beach escape at a great price point.
