Pure relaxation - Casa Mario. An island between the nature park and the beach!
The charming wooden house is located between the beach and the nature park in a quiet zone. The beach can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. Restaurants, bars, a small supermarket and the nature park are also within walking distance. A convenient way to escape the summer hustle and bustle. Families with children and couples appreciate the secluded location.
The large garden with a view of the sea and the pine forest is ideal for relaxing or barbecuing. Opposite the house is an uninhabited house that gives the feeling of a large patio opening out to the sea.
The house is simple but functional.
In the main room, which was originally built as a studio, there is a 160m wide bed next to the kitchen and dining table and a seat. In the newly built bedroom there is a 140m wide bed.
