Private: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced) with lawn 500 m2 flowers. In the complex: sauna (extra). Fitness room (extra). Hot tub (extra). Spa area (extra), playroom, shopping facilities, bicycles available (extra). Bus stop "doppler" 150 m, sandy beach 100 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
