In the resort, in a quiet, elevated position on a slope, 2 km from the sea, 10 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, in a pedestrian area. Private: property 600 m2 (fenced). Steep motor access to 200 m from the house (mountain road). Stepped path (70 steps) to the house. Public parking. Grocery, restaurant, bakery 250 m, bus stop 19 km, sandy beach "Farinole" 10 km.
