It's important to mention that this home is located near a busy street and there may be some street noise, as well as the occasional siren from a local ambulance depot. However, we have taken steps to minimize any disruptions, including having a small street, an outside fence, and a city barrier wall between the property and La Jolla Blvd.

Each garage door motor has a security camera tied to it that shows the garage interior and exterior outside of the garage. Each front door also has a ring doorbell camera. There is also a ring a spot light by the side parking and by the trash cans.
