Renovated bungalow with a private heated pool and steps to South Beach

Summer Weekly rentals only Saturday to Saturday.

Bring your family and enjoy a newly renovated 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a private pool. Steps from South Beach and a short walk to downtown.

The first floor has 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed, new kitchen, large dining room with table seating for 10, family room and a bathroom. The newly remodeled basement has a family room, bathroom, laundry room and two bedrooms. 1st bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has a queen bed and two xl twin beds.

Sit on the front porch and wait for the sunset or enjoy a private screened porch in the backyard.

We hope you and your family enjoy our home. Please let us know what we can do to make your stay more comfortable.

Please make sure you can abide by all rules before booking property. This is a home for families. 12 person maximum and no parties.
A lease and pool waiver must be completed prior to your approval. Only the individuals listed on the rental agreement are allowed on the property.

Perfect location!

We had the best week at this house and the location cannot be beat! My 80 year old mother in law could easily walk down the block each night to view the sunset. We loved hanging out in the screen porch on the cozy furniture and the pool was very refreshing. There was plenty of space for everyone and the walkability to town made it easier for the adults and teens to explore and shop without having to load up cars. The house is super clean and we the loved the decor. Coleen was an excellent host, always available via text, although we really didn’t need anything as she had everything well thought out and covered. We hope to be back!!

Perfect family vacation home!

We just returned from a fabulous week at this amazing home- the home itself is beautiful and so well stocked with everything we could need and more! The proximity to the beach was awesome, and the pool was a big hit with kids and adults as well. Coleen is so thoughtful and thorough- huge thanks for a wonderful week making family memories!

Beautiful home, great location

We loved this property! The house and kitchen were well stocked with items needed for a week long stay. We loved the screened in porch, the basement space for kids to hang, and the pool, all recently renovated. Had a nice layout for a large party and was very close to the beach. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Excellent Location!

We had a wonderful weekend, steps from the beach, just a short walk downtown and really enjoyed the pool and enclosed deck in the evenings.

Best house in South Haven

This is our fifth time visiting South Haven, and this was our favorite home by far. There were 11(5 adults and 6 kids) of us and plenty of room for all. It was nice to have two “family rooms” giving the kids and adults their own hang outs. The house is beautifully decorated and it’s apparent that the host has done everything to make one’s stay as comfortable as possible. The added amenities (shampoo, conditioner, razors, toothbrush kits, coffee cups) were so thoughtful and better than some I have seen at 5 star hotels! The kitchen is well stocked and there are games and books for both kids and adults. The backyard porch was our favorite room in the house!! It is right of the pool (which the kids spent endless hours in) and perfect for lounging, reading and keeping an eye on the kids. The house is amazing and will not disappoint. It’s a block from the beach and a short walk to town. The host (Colleen) has thought of everything and was essy to work with from booking to check out. Look no further when booking a home in South Haven

Family fun

We have nothing but good things to say!! Coleen was wonderful to deal with. The home was beautiful, clean and cozy. We felt very much at home. They thought of the smallest details. The location was fantastic. I expected to be a bit disappointed not being directly on the water but we were pleasantly surprised! So close to the beach and the pool filled all the gaps for our little swimmers. Sunsets, football and frisbee every night on the beach and s’mores to follow. Our whole family felt blessed to have such an amazing trip and this home filled all our needs and more! Well done!

Best rental around

This was newly renovated and decorated with style. So clean. Everything you could think of was provided. The sheets felt amazing and everyone enjoyed the beautifully clean pool. Such a great amenity to have. We spent a lot of time on the porch and overall had a relaxing stay. Very close to the beach you can walk. Would come back and highly recommend!
