The apartment is a simple but functionally furnished holiday apartment. The living area with dining table and sofa offers space for cosy hours. You can cater for yourself in the kitchen with dining table. One bedroom has a balcony overlooking the lively Via Savoia, one of the main streets of San Vito Lo Capo. Thanks to the separate entrance via a spiral staircase, you can enjoy additional privacy.



Take advantage of the large, partially covered terrace on the second floor, which is perfect for sunbathing or relaxed al fresco dining. The holiday apartment also has a pass that gives you access to parking spaces in the city centre.
