The only thing in the winter it was cold in the house had to ask how to turn heat up . The only thing I could think of is have more towels and wash cloths and maybe a little thinker . Loved the sound machines it helped cover the noise from 231

Lacrosse Weekend at Purdue

We came to town for lacrosse games at Purdue and this home fit our needs. Close to the university and great restaurants. It was a perfect place to relax with family after the game. The property managers are great! Will stay here for the next lacrosse weekend.

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this clean and updated home. The beds are very comfortable and the owner supplied everything we needed - even snacks! Highly recommend booking this home for your next stay in Lafayette.

Perfect for what we needed...

Property was away from campus but close enough to everything you needed. There were a few cleaning items mentioned to the owner but they were apologetic, and I feel items will be corrected before the next guests. Neighborhood properties were not kept up to potential, however, everyone was quiet and polite.

Cozy house - efficient location

We were visiting the Midwest for college visits and this was an efficiency central location to use as our home base. The house was set up well and had everything we needed.

Family Reunion

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The house was clean and had the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable. Each bedroom had a white noise machine to block out the traffic sounds. We will plan on renting this house in the future when our traveling brings us back to Indiana.

Nice hoise

This property is located in a nice neighborhood. The house was very clean. At the time of our stay there were two double beds and two twin beds in the 3 bedrooms. Host very informative and house is close to Purdue.

Stayed for a few days while my house was having work done. Place was very clean, check in process was simple and when we had a problem with the AC one day the owner sent someone out to fix it right away.

Perfect home for family visit.

Our family needed a place to stay near to where our daughter was relocating for veterinary school at Purdue. After some very long days we returned each evening to this imaculate and perfectly appointed home, grateful for the comfortable living space. The beds were equally comfortable, all of us waking each morning well rested. The neighborhood was pleasant for walking and the house is well located for quick trips into West Lafayette. The home-owners were very prompt responding to any questions we had, left clear notes to guide our stay and were accommodating.

Beautiful home. Fresh and clean! We had AC issue …. Owner addressed immediately …. Service rep was at the house within 1 hour. Would recommend this as an option 100%

Only 6 people allowed at any point

This was a nice property. As others said, could have been cleaner. Wanted to draw attention to Purdue families that may be considering staying here for games or graduation. When booking this property - if you'd like to have your student, their roommates, other family members, etc over for a lunch or dinner during your stay you must include them in your count of 6. We made the mistake of thinking it was 6 people sleeping overnight. The house rules are 6 people on the property at ANY POINT. We could have avoided some stress if we had interrupted that rule better. Just wanted to point it out and make it clear so others don't make the same mistake we made..

13 yrs Rental History with VRBO

I rather pay a cleaning fee to have a clean house when we arrive. It's only getting light cleaning between quests. The shower between 2 bRs has long time scum build up, dust every where. The front and back doors are cheaply made of a soft wood that my 79 yr old husband was able to push the door in with just a push of his shoulders when it didn't respond to the code. Bette R After many years and many VRBO Homes from across the country, I have finally rented a house that truly deserves a negative review - this is my first and hopefully the last, I will ever need to do. At first glance, inside the house looked neat and orderly - later not so much VRBO - BEWARE - Without full details this house had many problems - if details are needed please ask Doors, inside and outside in disrepair - again, please ask for details - Owner is charging for door repairs. I have no problem paying for the door repair, with the understanding that the door was already damaged and in need of repair - need more details please ask Had to sweep leaves etc from front entrance on arrival to prevent tracking into house Garage door did not work - notified but not repaired Surface cleaning only - Dead flies, bugs etc in window seals, spider webs in living room Could not watch TV during the afternoon - room too bright due to light coming through the blinds Ice-maker not working - used ice trays The grass was partially cut - never returned to finish cutting Back deck not usable due to Hwy noise Ray

Parent’s weekend at Purdue

Overall, it was great. They charge a major premium due to Parent’s Weekend at Purdue, which I get. However, for a premium price, we still had to strip our own sheets and put them in the wash. For a premium cost for 2 nights., you’d think we wouldn’t need to do that.
