About this property
Updated Beach Villa Resort
Perfect for family vacations, golf and business trips. Unit is a couple minute walk to a beautiful beach with a private entrance. This is a private-gated complex with 10 fully-light tennis courts, two large outdoor swimming pools, hot tub, racquetball courts, fitness centers, four playgrounds and outdoor grills.
The resort also overlooks Port Royal golf course, one of the top 75 Golf Resorts in the country.
Our space sleeps up to 6 (2 in the Queen bed, 1 in each full size bed and 2 on the Queen-sized pull out couch). The kitchen is fully updated and the mattresses are very comfy. Dishware, cooking utensils and glassware is provided. 2nd floor unit with stairs. The unit is ~1,000 sq ft. and feel very spacious with a great balcony to enjoy a drink on.
Pool is open March 1-November 1 (heated and cooled accordingly)
Free trolley ride with stop right outside property!
Gated Community with 24 hour Security. Full private access to the resort community and the full home is yours to stay in. Free parking for up to two cars if given information ahead of time. Uber is plentiful and easy to get if needed.
