Spacious, light & bright, clean, lots of indoor seating & outdoor seating, tvs in each bedroom & family room, nice to have washer & dryer, close to medical facility and easy distance to I-40 and parks.
Excellent place to spend time with family. Nice accommodations. Very clean. Paper towels, cleaning supplies and extra towels available for longer stays. We really enjoyed the place. The only thing is that I thought we were renting the house in the pictures with the big cathedral ceilings and windows but we got just the basement of the pictured house. No views from there. But the place is nice.
July 8 I check in it was horrible the owners live upstairs have I know before I booked it I wouldn't done it they keep on walking hard and arguing in the early morning the house smell like mildew I have to pour bleach. Overall my grands enjoy the amusement park
We were extremely disappointed with how dirty this property was! We know the cleaning Person was on site because we saw them, but there was no way they cleaned. There were spiderwebs all over the walls, dirt, all over the floors, junk on the furniture, feces on the toilet seat that was broken, nasty pots and pans, a broken fridge that’s smelled like fish, a nasty coffee pot, I could go on and on. We have stayed in this area for several years, and will be very picky about which property we choose in the future! Not Vacasa!!

Disappointing experience
It was a surprise that we would share the cabin with the owners. Usually it's not an issue, but this time it was a very bad experience. People upstairs started walking at 4 a.m. every morning. And because the house was pretty old and there were no sound isolation at all, we could hear every step, how and what they did in a bathroom.
Also, unfortunately it was very dirty inside. Spiderwebs, hairs, dust were everywhere. Half of the towels were with spots or with mold. Just disgusting. So once we arrived, I had to drive to Walmart to buy coffee, tea (Vacasa just don't provided it), Lysol spray to sanitize, new pillows (there were thick as a paper). Not a good way to start a vacation. Will never stay with Vacasa again.

Pretty Neat
We loved the open windows and dining room space! There is a beautiful view of the mountains. The rooms were clean and spacious. Three beds could fit up to 2 people each and there’s a trundle. The 2 big beds in the big bedroom were memory foam. The one in the front bedroom was super soft. The washer and dryers worked well and they included all the necessities. The kitchen was good for cooking. The living room was cozy and spacious. All the streaming services are available. Overall it’s a great place to stay!
This was the perfect location for our mountain weekend getaway. Brought my Wife, Daughter, Mom and Sister for a trip to Waynesville and Maggie Valley. We had a great time. Thanks for having us.
The place looked in person as it looked online. Easy to get to, close to stores, highway, beautiful neighborhood. Property owners were friendly and made us feel welcome. A quick response was made to a broken kitchen appliance.
