This is a NON-SMOKING HOME AND COMMUNITY. No smoking is allowed in the home or in the Community.
This 3 BR, 2.5 BA townhome is situated on the Bay in a small community with secure boat trailer parking and community pool. The home is just a few minutes to the beach by car and approximate 15-20 minute walk. 15' dock at the back of the home and trailer parking on the property.
**Please note this is a quiet community with many full time residents and in our opinion is best suited for older singles (30+) and families. **
There is a large Trek deck overlooking the community's boardwalk as well as the home's private 15-foot dock.

The living room features an electric fireplace underneath a 65-inch smart tv with comfortable seating for up to 6. Two car limit in the community parking lot: private carport parking directly in front of the unit (height restrictions apply-80”) for one car, and one additional assigned space is available for a 2nd car. There are a few visitor spots available on first come first serve and availability is not guaranteed.
The master bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and walk-in closet as well as a small deck for 2 people overlooking the bay. There is a Smart tv in the master bedroom which gets both cable and internet. An Amazon account is required to access all apps.
The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have a Roku TV for streaming only (no cable connection) and share a bathroom which includes a tub/shower.
Home is close to Rte 50, Jolly Roger theme park and many more amenities.
Home includes security camera on the exterior front of the home.
All guests must adhere to quiet times of 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. weekends; 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. weeknights.
