The 50m2 apartment on the first floor of the house can accommodate 4-5 people. The living area is divided into a living room with dining room and well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two single beds) and a bathroom with shower and toilet. From the living room you reach a spacious covered 12m2 terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy in a quiet atmosphere of the area.
Air conditioning, internet access, satellite TV are at your disposal and free of charge. Bed linen is provided once a week to our guests.
Attractive excursion possibilities are nearby, such. b. Plitvice Lakes, Krka Waterfalls, Zadar (15km). The center of Nin town is 10 min walk away, good shopping nearby.

Toller Urlaub!

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Sanjas Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Die Gastgeberin hat uns herzlich empfangen und war jederzeit bei Fragen ansprechbar. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Nin ist ein beschauliches Dorf mit allem, was man braucht (Strand, Aktivitäten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, etc.)

Herzliche Gastgeber und sauberer Wohnung

Wir wurden von unseren Gastgebern herzlich empfangen und die Dame des Hauses war um uns Gäste immer sehr bemüht. Wir durften selbst gemachten Wein kosten und haben Ausflugstipps erhalten. Die Gastgeber wohnen selbst mit im Haus und sind jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Wohnung war sauber, aufgeräumt und wenn etwas fehlte, wurde sich drum gekümmert. Die Bilder stimmen zu 100 Prozent. Im Sommer wird es sicher wegen der nahegelegenden Salzwiesen viele Mücken geben, aber die Fenster sind alle mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet. Für empfindlich Menschen sei zu erwähnen, dass das Haus eher hellhörig ist. Es sind 3 große Supermärkte in der Nähe, die auch lange geöffnet haben. Der Sandstrand in direkter Laufnähe ist auch für kleine Kinder gut geeignet, weil er keine Steine enthält und es sehr lange flach ist. Die Saison in der Region endet Mitte September, weshalb die Ferienwohnungssiedlung zum Zeitpunkt unseres Urlaubs (Anfang Oktober) so ziemlich ausgestorben war. Leider hatten auch schon viele Restaurants und Attraktionen geschlossen und auch am Strand war schon alles abgebaut und geschlossen. In der Saison allerdings, so erzählte uns die Gastgeberin, sind viel Gäste da.
