Our coziest unit in this 3 unit building. Rental 2 bedroom upstairs apartment 1 bath. 2 beds Spacious living room.

We are within minutes of the 4 Corners Park and Post Office for your motorcycle tour documentation! We also have a direct route to the ATV/recreational trails if you prefer the dustier side of riding! - Summer

Winter fun - Madawaska snowmobile club will be grooming from the trail to the roadway for us!

We are 1 minute from Madawaska, 15-20 minutes from Long Lake, and 30 minutes from Fort Kent for skiing, biathlon, Can-am, and UMFK.

On the town line of Frenchville and Madawaska, Maine

Within minutes to grocery stores, restaurants, town, Atv, snowmobile trail right across from the driveway. Canadian border.

Fully furnished with washer/dryer. WIFI with streaming TV's (You can access free programming on Youtube and Amazon or Bring your own log in information for your enjoyment.). Large driveway with ability to park trailers.

Although very spacious, this is a converted old home, which means the ceilings are lower than the norm. If you are over 6' tall, there may be some awkward angles getting out of bed for you.

No smoking.

We have recently cleared more area around the property to add in picnic tables both in the visible yard and then in the woods out back. You can have a fire at each spot and enjoy the Northern Maine nights!

The county!

This place was cute, as advertised. Great location for ATV. Nice touches by host. Great communication with host. They were readily available with questions. Only complaint was the noise from the road, but great locale made up for That.

Really cool apartment

This was a great apartment (1 of 3 in the property) for a weekend away for snowmobiling! We loved the 2 bedrooms, kitchen, and living room areas. Ple ty if room for our stuff, food, and easy for someone to jump into bed while someone else stayed up to watch a movie. The washer and dryer were a great additional perk to the property. Parking was very generous. Plenty of room for multiple trucks with trailers. Some retail nearby and several restaurants nearby. Ryan, the host, was more than accommodating, messaging us early on and providing updates on local happenings the weekend we were there. Couldn't have asked for a more cozy, fun upstairs apartment for. 4-day weekend. Will be back in the summer to enjoy the ATV trail!

Wonderful, Clean, Great All Around!

Great Base For Northern Maine Adventures

Since we are motorsports people this was a perfect property to base our adventures. There is a big parking area so trailers are no problem and trail access was great. The hosts are avid motorsports people so have created an experience that takes the stress out of travel so you can focus more on having fun. The apartment has everything you need. Little details were provided so you don't have to figure out everything yourself about the area. For any special requirements, Ryan and Stacie were a tremendous resource for area knowledge and referals. This made everything very easy and stress free, making the trip that much more enjoyable.

Host was very responsive to our concern ( leaky toilet). We had our dog with us. Host provided pick up tools. All went well. Be aware, if you are tall, ceilings are low and bed is short

Snowmobile trip to the crown of Maine

Highly recommended, great place. Owners are great to work with. Direct trail access across the road and tons of room to park with trucks and trailers.

Peaceful

Very pleasant experience/environment. Whenever I had a question or concern, the property owners responded immediately. I would have stayed longer, but the drive to my job was too long. I would definitely recommend this property. Clean, quite and cozy.

The original property was a family homestead and belonged to the founder of Dolly's restaurant. Over the years it was converter to the 3 unit building. We had the privilege of purchasing the building from Madam Una herself.
