This home is in a peaceful, rural area with a variety of wildlife. In walking distance you have hiking, fishing, kayaking, birding - and just relaxing, surrounded by natural beauty. Daily visits from large birds such as cranes, egrets, herons, hawks, anhingas, storks, limpkins, cormorants, more! A bald eagle nests nextdoor & is often seen and heard.

Downstairs 3rd bedroom (w/2 bunk beds & Queen) is an "Efficiency Apartment" w/a private entrance - complete with full kitchen, bathroom & laundry. Plus a tropical jungle view! Lockable door opens to the downstairs family room, which has lake views.
