Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The cleaning fee only covers standard-cleaning. Smoking inside the property/excessive dirtiness will incur a deep cleaning fee ranging from $100-$300.

Failure to return keys in lockbox upon check-out will incur a $125 fee. Any other missing items will be charged at the item’s value/replacement cost.

A $25 late check-out fee will be charged for every 30 minutes past 11:00 AM. I.g. Check-out from 11:01 - 11:30 = $25 fee / 11:31 - 12:00 = $50 fee

Beautiful Beach Getaway!

Beautifully maintained beach villa. Cozy and comfortable, steps from the beach and a short drive to the kiosks. Easy checkin and great communication with host.

We had a short stay but we appreciate that the space provided all we needed. From all beach supplies, coffee and cold water bottles as a welcome gift. Host was responsive and quick. There was a small issue with the sheets on the pull out couch but it didn't ruin our stay. Will return again

Great location!

This house served our needs perfectly. We loved that we could walk 2 minutes to a beach perfect for boogie boarding or drive 3 minutes down the road to a very nice, calm beach. Astoria was great with communication anytime we needed her. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

My son and I really enjoyed our 2 night stay. The property was easy to find, short distance from the main Rd. It was also right down the street from a beautiful beach which was only a brief walk away. Communication was a breeze and the property was spotless. Such a cozy condo. Hope to visit again soon! Luquillo beach stay

We enjoyed our three night stay very much. The condo was very clean. We were in a great location to visit nearby El Yunque National Forest, the beach, kayaking the bioluminescent bay and Hacienda Muñoz coffee plantation in San Lorenzo. Great stay and Astoria was a great host!

Love it here!

Very clean and practical. Pretty quiet *neighbors can be heard in bedroom but they didnt hang out late* Being able to walk to the water daily and just inhale and exhale was my highlight of the experince.

Comfortable spot, close to the water

Our stay was truly relaxing. The space is great both indoors and outdoors. We loved the patio area. The location is central to many great beaches and eateries. The decor was very cute and a nice neighborhood. Will stay here again.

A couple of blocks' walk from a pretty beach!

The place is small, but efficiently furnished. They have thought of details most other places don't provide, and were appreciated. The few minor issues that prevented us giving 5 stars across the board are easily correctible, and we've mentioned them to the hostprivately. Astoria's English is perfect. She was easily reachable. Her cleaning lady was very helpful too. Definitely recommend staying here.

We had a great time despite the less-than-perfect weather. The inside of this place is very beautiful, feels modern and new. It's a walking distance from the beach and restaurants, and a short drive from El Yunque.

Great Stay

This location is very clean. They had all the essentials for a beach day, like chairs, towels, toys, etc. It's only a 2 minute walk to the beach. It's a very quiet street. Convenient to a few restaurants in walking distance. I didn't have any issues. The communication of the owner is very prompt. I would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much!
