Gorgeous 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Getaway on Lake Galena

This lovely home is located only 3 minutes from the Galena Territory Owners' Club and comes with six amenity passes allowing you access to the Owners' Club indoor, outdoor, and children’s pools, a state of the art fitness center, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, a game room, free WIFI, etc.

The home is also only a few minutes from the Eagle Ridge Resort & Golf Courses and nearby many of the other activities Galena has to offer such as horseback riding, hiking, wine tours, fishing, skiing, downtown Galena dining and shopping, and more.

The home has 3 levels. The main level includes the primary bedroom with a queen-sized bed and connected bathroom, the kitchen and main living space with lofted ceilings that offer a bright and inviting atmosphere. The dining table seats 6 comfortably with two leaves located on either side of the table to extend the table size to seat 10. The dining area opens to the back deck with seating area. Please note there is an excellent Lakeview in seasons where leaves are not on trees. Galena properties do not have boat access per rules of the private marina, but pontoons and kayaks can be rented through the Marina.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with all utensils and cookware as well as a refrigerator, electric stove top, dishwasher, two coffee makers (Keurig and Coffee Mate), waffle maker, and toaster.

The upper level contains a lofted bedroom with a queen sized bed, a cozy seating area and a private bathroom and shower.

The lower level features the third bedroom with twin bed and bunk bed with a full size bottom and a twin sized top. The lower level also has the third bathroom and shower as well as an additional living room. The lower level living room has a full size futon and full sized pullout couch for additional sleeping space. The is also a fully functioning washer/dryer unit on the lower level.

Good selection

Good space for multiple couples to spread out with a bedroom and full bathroom on each of the three floors. It’s a condo unit and not an independently detached home, but there was no noise from the surrounding neighbors.

Nice Getaway

We stayed here for our annual family girl's weekend. It was a nice home base for us to come back and relax after our adventures in Dubuque and Galena. It was comfortable, clean and stocked with the basic amenities. We enjoyed taking our little girls to the owners' club for swimming.

Great property in the Galena area!

We had a lovely time at this property during an annual get-together with friends and their kiddos. The 3-level layout worked really well for separate families without feeling at all separated - the main gathering spaces were roomy. Very close to the main clubhouse with the pools and other amenities, and there were nice walkways nearby. Great communication with the host as well. Lovely time, thank you!

We were in the area for a friend’s wedding. The property was perfect for our group and close to the wedding venue. The property manager was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions or needs. A great time was had by all!

Wonderful!

We had a group of 12, two families consisting of 4 adults and 8 kids, for a ski trip. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations for our group! The layout was perfect for our crew with the little hangout downstairs for the kiddos and everything was very nice. Beds were comfy, kitchen was functional and stocked with everything we needed! Would definitely recommend and hope to be back!

Great House and Location!!

This house was beautiful and the location was great! We enjoyed our weekend away from the city with Main Street being quick drive through beautiful rolling hills. We had 12 people, and it was a little tight for that number, but manageable. We could’ve used a few more sleeping supplies and TP. Other than that, it was incredible and the host was very easy to communicate with and solved any issues quickly and efficiently. Thank you for a great stay in Galena!!

Great place!

The unit was very clean and nicely updated. The kitchen was well stocked with paper towels, coffee and garbage bags etc. It had “extras” that other rentals we stayed in did not. Bethany was great to deal with and responded quickly. There was an issue with hot water and it was addressed and repaired immediately. We will definitely stay again!

We are Bethany and Rob LeLaurin. Galena is a very special place for both of us. Bethany grew up going to Galena multiple times a year with her family her entire life. We also got engaged on Lake Galena. We have a lot of special memories here and hope to create a space that is special and memorable for you.

Why they chose this property

This property is special to us because of the memories that we have already made in Galena. We use this property to spend quality time with those we love most and hope for you to do the same.

What makes this property unique

This property stands out with the lakeview and cozy atmosphere. We are also walking distance from the resort center and spa (coming soon!). It is only a 4 minute drive from the Owner's Club, where there is an indoor pool, outdoor pool, game room, basketball court, and full gym. All you need to do is bring the amenity tags hanging in the kitchen! The house is a 12 minute drive from historic downtown Galena and a 20 minute drive from the Chestnut Mountain Ski Resort.
