About this property

Modern high quality furnished FW in a central location in the old town of Füssen

Our newly developed apartment is located in the pedestrian zone in the attic of a multi-family house. From the large windows you have a beautiful view of the castle of Fuessen and the mountains behind. Although you can get directly from the entrance to the shops, cafes and restaurants of the pedestrian zone it is wonderfully quiet at night.

The apartment is of high quality: all rooms, except the bathroom, have an oak floor, and the entire kitchen is made of real wood specially for our apartment. The spacious sleeping sofa invites you to lazy. Of course, the apartment includes all the facilities and equipment you would expect at home: from TV, washing machine, dishwasher to the blender, kitchen scale and box opener. If the music taste of the visitors differs - no problem. The high-quality stereo system can be programmed via a tablet so that different loudspeakers (in the living room, bedroom and bathroom) simultaneously play music.

Tolle Wohnung mit sehr guter und hochwertiger Ausstattung zentral in Füssen.Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.Lediglich die Parkplatzsituation lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Excellent Holiday Apartment

Very nice flat, great location in the center of Füssen, close to everything. Very well furnished. Great views, on one side you see the castle, on the other side the countryside. Only minus is the steep stairs to the flat, wouldn’t recommend this to very senior guests.

Parfait - emplacement idéal

Appartement idéalement situé - nous avons pu profiter de fussen avec ses nombreux restaurants, glaciers, terrasses pour boire un verre tranquillement. Des jolies promenades possibles depuis l appartement ( tour du lac en vélo, petites cascades…). les chateaux de Neuschwanstein de Hohenschwangau. en résumé Parfait.

Gemütlich

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der gemütlichen Wohnung. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Nachbarn waren auch sehr nett. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und das Badezimmer fast schon eine kleine Wellness Oase.

Nice flat in central location

We had 3 nice weeks in the apartment with our two kids (5 & 2 years). The apartment is centrally located within the historical city center of Füssen. The whole flat is perfectly equipped and has a very nice style and furniture. We would love to get back there immediately.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Toll ausgestattete, geräumige und moderne Wohnung! Zum ersten Mal eine Küche die mit wesentlich mehr als dem Mindestmaß an Geschirr und Küchengeräten ausgestattet ist. Die Dachschrägen geben der Wohnung Charakter und sind gut ausgenutzt. Wunderbarer Ausblick und Lage. Superhilfreiche Vermieter! Gerne wieder!

Schöne Aussichten

Eine schöne u. geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Allerdings fanden wir den Kühlschrank nicht geleert und nicht geputzt. Das Treppenhaus war nicht sauber. Toilettenpapier nur eine halbe Rolle für vier Personen. In dieser Preislage erwarten wir ein wenig mehr Komfort. Balkon müsste noch etwas einfacher begehbar sein.

Sommerurlaub mit Kindern

Die Dachgeschosswohnung liegt zentral und trotzdem ruhig in der Fußgängerzone in Füssen. Sie ist hochwertig und modern ausgestattet. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche war umfangreich. Die Beschreibung des Inserats ist zutreffend und wir wurden freundlich bei der persönlichen Schlüsselübergabe empfangen.

Kurzurlaub in Füssen

Wir waren zu zweit für 5 Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Die Lage war super! Einen Parkplatz gab es nicht direkt bei der Wohnung, allerdings waren umliegend genügend Parkplätze vorhanden und schnell zu erreichen. Es hat uns gut gefallen!

Klasse Unterkunft

Unser Aufenthalt in dem Appartment war super! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, modern und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist zentral und alles, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht, ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch der Bahnhof ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung relativ ruhig gelegen, wobei es im kleineren Schlafzimmer mit offenem Fenster morgens lauter werden kann. Auch die Kommunikation mit Volker Sadowsky war gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We really enjoyed our stay in Fussen! Volker was a wonderful host, the apartment was clean and comfortable. It was an easy walk from the train station. We would definitely stay here again!

Osterurlaub in Füssen

Die Dachgeschosswohnung mitten in der Altstadt in Füssen ist sehr gut ausgestattet und heimelig, man ist mittendrin und dennoch ist es ruhig hier. Die kleine Dachterrasse und auch der Ausblick aus dem Wohnzimmer auf das "Hohe Schloss" und die Berge sind sehr schön. Supermärkte, Bäcker, Bahnhof - alles ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Herrliche Umgebung! Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder : )

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und vereint Ökologisches Wohnen mit der Liebe zur Technik. Durchs Küchenfenster lässt sich eine Dachterasse erobern. Die zentrale Lage bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Bäcker, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und kleinere Erkundungen wie z.B. der Lech-Fall sind fussläufig möglich. Zum Be- und Entladen kann das Objekt angefahren werden. Ansonsten sind wir immer an der Kemptener Straße fündig geworfen. Kontakt mit Vermietern war freundlich.

Wohlfühlort

Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal, mitten in der Stadt, trotzdem sehr ruhig; Bahnhof, Post, Tourismusbüro und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr nah. Sehr schöne Unterkunft, alles was wir brauchten war vorhanden.

Entspannter Aufenthalt in einer schönen Wohnung

Schon der Kontakt vor Beginn unseres Aufenthaltes war sehr freundlich und informativ. Dieser Eindruck hat sich beim Check in vertieft. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend, haben uns alles in der Wohnung erklärt und uns den wirklich besten Bäcker mit den leckersten Brötchen, die wir seit langem gegessen hatten, empfohlen! Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön eingerichtet, an die moderne TV- und Radio-Bedienung muss sich der ein oder andere sicherlich gewöhnen. Wenn man es aber ein/zweimal gemacht hat, ist es eigentlich selbsterklärend. Die Dachterrasse hat uns bei schönem Wetter zusätzlich ein wenig Urlaubsfeeling geschenkt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Wohnung!

Great location, great apartment

The apartment is really nice, actually even nice than the pictures suggest. It was added to an old houses attic. It is situated in the old city center, so no parking at the house, but one get get there to (un)load the luggage. Good appliances and comfy beds. Really friendly and super responsive host. Strongly recommended!
