Everything was as advertised.
The overall 3 rating came from the furniture that was available in the living room.
It was beyond uncomfortable, not practical for the setting and wore out. At the end of the day you want to kick back and relax and lounge while watching TV or a movie, the furniture does not allow for this. It is very uncomfortable to sit on let alone lay on. On the first day we moved the existing furniture to the side of the living room and replaced it with two chairs that were in one of the bedrooms and office. Good thing there was only 2 of us as there was no place for anyone else to sit. The pictures show a very contemporary setting that needs to be updated to something you can actually relax in and enjoy.
We liked everything, the house , neighborhood, the town, Yacht club beach, restaurants (Lobsters Lady, Panolio are the best!). The pool is very clean and has a good size. Great bedrooms, bathrooms, plenty of towels. Consider returning sometime back!

Could Have Been Great
House and pool were as described and it was a great trip until we found a pest problem. After that we did not feel comfortable using the kitchen and had to cut our stay short. The vacation rental company was a little difficult to work with but in the end they did refund use for the days we did not stay. If we would not have had the pest issue it would have been a great vacation home.
This house definitely exceeded our expectations! I felt it was even better than the pictures. We loved it! We only spent a week and we didn’t want to leave. We enjoyed the pool everyday and the morning breakfast outside. Very nice neighborhood and close to almost everything. We will definitely come back! This is our vacation home rental from now on!
This home is immaculate. Everything we needed for our week of family fun was provided. Our teenagers loved the large swimming pool, and were delighted with the colored lights in the pool which made night swimming enjoyable. The rooms are large and comfortable, the beds and linens are high quality and inviting . There were pool floats, beach chairs and umbrellas, a cooler for days out on the water, two types of coffee makers, a blender, and more beach towels than we could ever use. Everything was spotless and we wanted for nothing. We all enjoyed fishing off the dock and observing the local wildlife. Being on the canal was peaceful, and two of the bedrooms have water views. Another favorite feature of the home was the large daybed at the poolside. We were close to plenty of shops & restaurants, and a 35 minute drive to some of the most beautiful beaches in south florida. ( We recommend Lovers key state park & Sanibel beaches). We rented a boat right in Cape Coral and anchored off of Captiva on a sandbar for some amazing swimming and wildlife spotting in crystal blue waters. Great house; wonderful trip!
Absolutely beautiful home. Everything we could have possibly needed and not too far from some beautiful beaches. We enjoyed the pool and fishing off the dock very much. Caught some really cool fish! Would love to come stay again if we head back to the area. Thanks again for a lovely stay.
Absolutely loved our stay! We stayed for 9 days. The pool is a salt water filled pool so no chlorine smell. The house is laid out perfectly with 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms plus a private office for work calls. The pool
And canal view was lovely. My husband fished the salt water canal with shrimp and caught a Mangrove snapper and an Atlantic spaid fish.
We will Be returning again soon!
We enjoyed the european style interior of the house, kitchen is well equipped.
We rented a boat and enjoyed the gulf, to get out on the river takes about 1hr, but it is a relaxing ride through the canal along all the beautiful homes. Kids loved the large pool. Happy to come back some day.
Pictures are as posted. The house is gorgeous and so well stocked! You have every thing you need or that you think you need. We needed an additional cooler for fishing and there was one at the house. We needed foil when cooking and foil was there already. Anything I needed and didn’t bring all I had to do was look and it was already there! They have literally thought of everything. Comfy beds and pillows and lots of beach towels for the pool. The pool is also awesome. All I can say is don’t pass this one up! Seabim is first class!
This property was as advertised. The pool was stunning and the property was clean. The only negatives were the pool light and portable cooler wheels being broken. We would stay here again in a minute!
My family had a great time. Enjoyed the pool/patio area everyday. The best part was the sliding doorwall to bring the outside in - my husband I enjoyed that in the mornings while the kids were still asleep.
We stayed as a family of four, with two 9 year old kids. The house had everything we needed. The heated pool was pretty big, 3’2” at the shallow end and 5’2” at the deep end. The guest consultant, Harald, was pleasant and explained everything clearly. He even let us turn the heat up in the pool since we had a few chillier days. We were impressed with the lack of bugs, and enjoyed the bird, iguana and turtle sightings on the canal deck. Tile floors throughout were easy care (though a bit hard on bare feet). The modern couch was more comfortable than I expected, and the beds were fine for us. My only challenges were: 1) the access code for the lock at check-in was buried in an attachment to an email and not on the VRBO site and it took me a while to find the right email. 2) the location, while pleasantly walkable to several restaurants and super close to the grocery store, was a bit of a drive to attractions like Shell Factory and Sanibel Island, and a haul to the Everglades. Not a problem if you plan to just chill at the house, which was great.
We spent two weeks here. The location is great, just off Cape Coral Blvd, so it was easy to get around town. It's just a couple of blocks away from Lobster Lady, the best restaurant in town. Lars was great as a property manager. Very responsive to our needs which really only involved changing out a couple of light bulbs on the pool deck. But he made the check in departure very smooth and easy.
The house itself is great. Very clean with an outstanding layout. The kitchen has everything you need. And the remote control ceiling fans in every room were a pleasant surprise. The pool (conveniently well heated) and deck were our favorite feature because of a wonderful outdoor day bed which made for very relaxing, languorous afternoons. Even took a number of work calls lounging out there, which epitomized the sweetness of our "working for home" in Florida for doing the winter. Also really appreciated the separate home office which was essential for work that couldn't be performed out on the pool deck. And the Master Bedroom and Bath was a high end feature -- except fo the bed itself. And, while everything else about the home and our stay was simply perfect, that is our only word of caution: The beds in all three rooms have the deep foamy, very soft mattresses. If, like my wife and me, you are used to a firmer mattress, you will not enjoy the beds here, especially if you will be here for an extended stay. If on the other hand if you like soft cushy mattresses, you will find the bed and everything else about the home to be upscale and heavenly.
