It’s time for Shore Fun! With a recently updated interior, elevator, and ramp, this single-level beachfront in Sea Isle offers easy accessibility to guests of all ages. Spend quality time with the whole family (pups included)! They’ll all love the open floor plan, large deck, and easy walk out onto the beach!

Don’t fret about stairs -use the convenient elevator or ramp. The large living room greets you with a warm color palette and comfortable furnishings. Get cozy on the plush leather couches perfectly oriented to maximize the beachfront views through the walls of windows. The fully-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prep & serve buffet style at the breakfast bar before coming together at the dining table that seats 8.

The large primary king suite has its own TV and full en suite bathroom. A second primary suite is wheelchair-friendly with an en suite bath with a roll-under sink and fold-down bench in the shower. For the kids and teens, the bunk room will be a sweet retreat, and another queen bedroom is just across the hall. A full-size washer and dryer is neatly tucked away for mid-trip laundry days, making it possible to pack light.

The expansive main deck is partially-covered - perfect for sunning or watching the waves from the shade. Grab a snack or eat lunch at the built-in picnic table on the ground level patio. When you stay at this Sea Isle home, the hardest part will be choosing where to go. Head down the cleared path straight to the waves, get a seasonal pass for the neighborhood pool, or request a pier key for some fishing time (refundable deposit required)!

PET POLICY
This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.

SUBDIVISION AMENITIES
Sea Isle Pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day) – purchase a pass at the pool during normal business hours.

Sea Isle Fishing Pier - request a pier key (refundable deposit required) at the SNS Rental Office.

PARKING
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.

LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, and great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, and convenience stores.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Galveston Railroad Museum, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

Lovely place to stay

Was a great place to stay absolutely loved it. The only 2 things I would say is the floor of the home had flooring issues. Very soft in many spots would definitely look into that if I were them. Also the grill was broken and we were unable to cook out because of this. I would definitely stay here again well worth everything!!

Really nice and comfortable place right on the beach. Has a ramp and elevator and accessible walk in shower which was great for my aging parents.
