The living room offers access to your private deck which allows for convenient access to the beautiful pool area. The main area of the villa encompasses an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area that seats 6, and a living room with a TV. The master bedroom is furnished with king bedding and has a private en-suite bathroom. The guest room has 2 queen beds and a private bath. The master and guest bedroom both have access to the deck, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.

In addition to an on-site swimming pool and resident grilling area, you are within walking distance to South Beach Marina Village, filled with endless recreation, dining, and shopping.

**Work will begin spalling repairs under the 1st floor walkways at BUILDING A on MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 9TH. This work will take approximately 2 – 3 weeks to complete. After BUILDING A is completed, we will move on to BUILDING B, where work will also last about 2 – 3 weeks. These estimated timeframes are weather permitting and are dependent on the number of damages we uncover. These repairs will not impact the accessibilities for the units themselves, but will create noise throughout the complex. This unit is located in BULIDING B.**

NOTE REGARDING SOUTH BEACH SEA PINES GUESTS: Phase 5 of the Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project is scheduled to begin in early fall 2024 with an estimated completion time of Spring 2025. This project is vital for repairing and improving the stormwater drainage system, as well as the roadway and leisure trail conditions along South Sea Pines Drive.

• Heavy machinery and construction vehicles will be traveling to and from the project site.
• Single-lane road closures and flagging operations will be in place daily, weather permitting. Temporary full lane closures may be required at times.
• Motorists should expect traffic delays, traffic detours, and be prepared to share the road with bike riders and pedestrians.
• Sidewalks and leisure trails in the project area will be closed as needed. Pedestrians and bike riders should expect delays and be prepared to stop and follow detours.
• For safety, bike riders will be required to dismount and walk bikes around the active work zones.
