Welcome to your industrial-modern loft getaway in Historic Downtown Savannah, where your daily living needs are preserved within our remarkably delightful spaces fit for working, relaxing, imbibing, and sleeping. Designed to converge both modern luxuries with tasteful nods to Savannah’s historic roots, each guest will enjoy our spaces featuring modern furnishings, Tuft & Needle mattresses, Parachute linens, Apple TVs, Public Goods amenities, local Perc coffee, and more. This loft includes a complete kitchen, two private bedrooms, one lofted semi-private bedroom, washer and dryer in unit, and an Interior Define memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room all designed to allow your mind to escape the flurry of everyday life.

We offer a seamless and contactless self check-in process. After booking, you will receive a link to fill out our security verification portal, and once your reservation date arrives you will receive all of the details you need to access your apartment suite via our keyless entry system.

Service Animals: We encourage individuals using service animals to contact us before their stay.

Pets are not allowed in the building by our guests, but you may contact us to discuss potential exceptions.

Fun weekend

The loft was very clean and we had a great weekend the beds are super soft and it’s nice every bedroom has a bathroom.. Location is great. Walking distance to everything fun. Would highly recommend.

The Worst experience that never happened!!!!

I was charged early and they had no explanation. Rude. Disrespectful. I did not feel comfortable staying there. I didn't. I booked and stayed elsewhere. Horrible people.

Smelled like dead something

Impression of unit was just a pictures showed. However, the air flow smelled musty and like something was dead in the unit. All of the guests had sinus issues right away and still recovering. The hall also had an awful smell. There is a restaurant next to the property so it could be coming through the walls. The unit did not have dressers or anything to put your luggage on except the floor. Minimal glasses, dish towels and trash bags (very skimpy). It was conveniently located to a lot of shops and restaurants but people sleeping or sitting next to the entrance to get in the building with no security. Parking was an issue as well. If you have luggage let people off and then go park - it is a haul to carry things. Car will be exposed if you choose to park on the street. All in all, we all felt for what we paid it was not worth the sinus issues, smell and unsafe entrance.

Adorable loft in the middle of Downtown Savannah

We really enjoyed our stay at the Black Swan in Savannah. The loft was a perfect size for all 5 of us. Six people would have been comfortable as well. Check in and check out process were easy. The place was very nice. We would stay there again.
