Cozy bright apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, but walking distance to shops and restaurants in the Alberta arts district. It’s minutes away from the airport and downtown. The apartment has its own private entrance, shared backyard and washer and dryer. The loft style apartment is open and fluid with partitions and no doors and is best for couples. The kitchen with kitchen island lends itself to hosting or entertaining and opens into the the living room.
I live on the main floor with my wiener dog. The top floor bedroom occasionally is rented out to a traveling nurse that works nights, but your paths most likely wouldn’t cross.
