2-room attic apartment in the heart of the romantic old town of Cannobio

The approx. 60 m² large and tastefully furnished 2-room-attic apartment "Le Corti" is in the 1st. OG of a cultivated historical palazzos. The building is located in the old town and thus in the oldest part of Cannobio and is accessible from two sides. This allows you to reach the pedestrian zone in the front, while you can drive to the rear of the house for loading and unloading. There is also the possibility to secure bicycles on a closed site. The romantic old town with its cafes, bars, restaurants and shops is almost on the doorstep. The public beach (one of the most beautiful and widest on Lake Maggiore) and the wonderful lakeside promenade with the passenger ferry are reachable in about 5 minutes on foot. From here, you can take wonderful boat trips across the lake. You can park your car in the free public car parks in about 100 m distance or on request in an underground garage about 250 m away. Wohnung und Lage super!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche, in einer schönen, sauberen und sehr geräumigen Wohnung. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, da die Ausstattung sehr gut war. Die Lage ist perfekt, tagsüber ist man mitten im Geschehen der schönen Altstadt sobald man die Haustüre verlässt. Abends merkt man von dem Trubel nichts mehr. Durch den Lichthof ist es schön ruhig. Vorab habe ich schnelle und aussagekräftige Auskunft auf meine Fragen bekommen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Wir waren sehr glücklich mit unserer Unterkunft. Alles vorhanden, was in einem Urlaub benötigt wird. Das einzige, was ich bemängeln würde, sind die Adapter, die für Steckdose/Stecker benötigt werden. Ansonsten dreimal gestolpert und schon mitten im Geschehen mit allen Bars und Restaurants.

Zentral - ruhig - Ausstattung mau

Wir hatten die Wohnung für 10 Tage - super zentral gelegen. Restaurant- See - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Türe. Wer mit dem Auto anreist sollte den Stellplatz mit buchen. Die Ausstattung ist einfach und wirkt eher zusammengewürfelt. Bett quietscht. Wer gerne mal selber kocht ist hier nicht gut aufgehoben. Am Kochgeschirr löst sich die Beschichtung - ein Licht ist nicht vorhanden, … empfehlen daher lieber das Restaurant vor der Türe Oggi Pasta unbedingt reservieren 😉

Tolle Lage im Zentrum von Cannobio

Eine gemütliche Wohnung ideal für 2 Personen um den Lago Maggiore zu erkunden. In 3 min. ist man an der schönen Seepromenade und auch Bäcker und Supermarkt sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegenen hübsche Wohnung. Sie bietet jeden Komfort den wir im Urlaub brauchen bis hin zur Waschmaschine. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke und zur Uferpromenade nur 50 Meter. So wünsche ich es mir. Vielen Dank für Alles und wir empfehlen dieses Objekt sehr gern weiter.

Schöne neue Wohnung, sehr sauber

Leider funktionierte die Heizung nicht. 15 Grad in der Wohnung waren zu wenig. Auf Anfrage beim Vermieter wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Heizung erst repariert werden muss und deshalb nur bis Ende September vermietet wird. Das war nun nicht wirklich hilfreich. Wir haben uns dann ein Heizöfchen gekauft, da wir anderenfalls unseren Aufenthalt hätten abbrechen müssen.
