This 2-bed, 2-bath home in the desirable Puerta Azul neighborhood, features a great living space and a backyard complete with lounge furniture, an outdoor dining area, and a personal putting green. Enjoy the beautiful community pool and spa year-round! The garage can fit one small car, while an additional parking space is on a first-come, first-serve basis in an unassigned guest spot. -Community pool/spa access and fitness center only- no other community amenities
-25 year age minimum for booking
-No pets
-Third bed is a pullout sofa bed
-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all 30+ nights bookings not booked through Airbnb.
-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over
-External contract to be signed
-Bookings made with credit card on any platform aside from Airbnb are subject to a non-refundable 5% credit card processing fee if cancelled and qualifies for a refund. (will receive 95% instead of 100%, 45% instead of 50%)
-Ring doorbell with motion sensored video on exterior near main entry door.
