Large rustic country house near Sa Pobla, the largest agricultural area in Mallorca. The interior is simple, but offers everything you need for your well-deserved vacation. On the ground floor there is the living room, a dining room, the fully equipped kitchen and a renovated shower room. The 4 bedrooms (all with en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning) are on the upper floor and from here you can walk straight to the pool. Perfect house for larger groups looking for fun and relaxation in a rural setting. Electricity is charged separately at € 0.75/kwh. A € 200 deposit in cash will be taken from the owner on arrival.

Super Feriendomizil in ruhiger Umgebung. Ein einziger kleiner Wehrmutstropfen ist die "fehlende" Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern. Ansonsten alles top: Ausstattung, Pool, Lage...

Nettes Landhaus

Vorneweg muss ich gleich sagen, dass dies kein Objekt für die erste Mietung einer Finca ist. Man sollte Erfahrung haben und schon des öfteren diese Art von Urlaub gemacht haben. Mehr als den Schlüsselcode per Telefon bekommt man nicht. Die Verwalterin kam am ersten Abend nur um die Formulare zu holen und die Gebühren zu kassieren. Leider war die Verständigung sehr schlecht, da nur in Englisch möglich. Angegeben Mängel im Sanitärbereich wurden am nächsten Tag gehoben. Es gibt keinen Ordner (wie eigentlich üblich) mit einer Aufstellung wo in der Nähe, was zu finden ist (Müllcontainer, Arzt, Bank.) Die Zimmer der Finca sind sehr klein und hellhörig, die Spülmaschine zwar vorhanden, funktioniert aber nicht wirklich und der obere Korb ist lose (wurde bemängelt, aber nicht geändert) Wir hatten trotzdem schöne Tage, der Pool ist toll und wird auch ordentlich gereinigt. Alles in allem stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Top Finca im Nirgendwo

Mit ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnte man diese jedoch noch besser gestalten. Eine Klimaanlage wäre in heißen Tagen sehr vorteilhaft da es nicht Möglich ist gut durchzulüften. Es roch etwas muffig in dem Haus und der Pool wurde leider nur einmal gereinigt. Toll war die nette und Zuvorkommenden Besitzer die unseren Müll entfernt haben. Ameisen und Wespenfallen würden bestimmt auch eine große Hilfe sein. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir jedoch sehr zufrieden.

Very enjoyable two and half weeks with a family

Property is secluded so a car is very much required Spent a very enjoyable two and half weeks with a family of 6 based in the house. As noted, you do require car, as the property is in the countryside. With a car though, the whole island is accessible. Good supermarkets are available in Sa Pobla (10mins) and Alcudia, Pollenca and a whole range of beaches are within 30 mins with Palma under 45 mins. The weather was exceptionally warm - over 35 degrees for the full period - so missed the lack of air conditioning at night, but during the day was fine and the views of the surrounding lemon groves and distant mountains from the pool area made it a very pleasant place to relax.

Great space which could be amazing with a few little touches

You will defiantly need a car staying here! Everywhere is a good drive away & you can’t walk into town with kids as there isn’t any public foot paths. Pool was great, but didn’t have any pool/ beach towels provided & only 1 x bath towel & 1 x hand towel provided per person so couldn’t really use them. Lots of wasps around the pool by mid day, so I’m assuming there is a nest near which will need to be treated. Hundreds of ants around & no spray etc provided to help eliminate them. House is VERY hot, no air con inside & bedrooms are all upstairs, a simple solution would be to install ceiling fans/ pedestal fans in each bedroom (2 x small desk top fans provided & only one working properly, not sufficient for 4 x bedrooms). All in all, we enjoyed our holiday but all struggled to sleep due to heat of house.

Rural retreat in orange and lemon groves

Our agent handled all necessary arrangements and the Owners could not have been more helpful and considerate. Accommodation good if a little spartan. Grounds and pool well maintained and clean linen provided twice a week. Property is secluded and remote so a vehicle is imperative. Great place for a relaxing break for my (Senior) siblings and me.
