Quiet and cozy ranch home - 6 minutes from the University of Wyoming
Private location on the edge of town with ample parking, yet just a quick drive to the center of Laramie. A comfortable home that features a private backyard with a deck for grilling and hanging out. The kitchen is fully equipped for those family gatherings that seem to bring out the chef in everyone. Many activities make this home a fun stop over. The garage can be used as a rec room or for parking. The garage is great for playing ping pong or throwing darts while watching the game. Play a game of cornhole or one of several board games if that's not your thing. The living room is cozy and has a TV, PS5, and an HDMI input on the console so you can bring your own gaming system or streaming platform. Also includes a Bowflex Max Trainer for those looking for a quick workout. A ring doorbell is present on the front door and has a wireless chime inside the home.
The home is situated on the edge of town with secluded street parking available on the side that can accommodate larger trailers.
NOTE: The ranch home does have a few steps that need to be scaled prior to gaining access to each available doorway and is not wheelchair accessible.

We spent 3 nights and skied while we were out there and it was a great place to relax after skiing and close to all the things you could possibly need in town. Would definitely be interested in staying there the next time we come out.
We loved the accomodatuons of Cole's beautiful home. Everything was so clean and well appointed. We had a great time and hope to stay here again! Thank you. Debra
If comfortable and clean are what you are looking for, this is a great place to stay. We gathered here to share the holidays with family who live in town. It easily accommodated 2 couples staying there and 4 other family members who came to hangout and share meals. The kitchen was wonderful with everything you could want to cook. It is in a quiet neighborhood, which we loved, but some might not want to be removed from the downtown core or university area. That being said, Laramie is small and it only takes a few minutes to drive anywhere. We will definitely be back. Although we had no need to reach out to Cole, the owner, he was very thorough in sending checkin instructions, as well as giving us a message for an internet outage in the region. There are plenty of games we enjoyed as well as the PlayStation. This was our first time staying at this home, but won’t be the last.
We were in town for a week to visit our son who lives in Laramie and this place was perfect. Our stay was fantastic. Plenty of space, fully stocked with anything you would need, lots of games and stuff to do, and so cozy and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Cole was helpful and very responsive. We will definitely stay again on one of our future visits.
We stayed at Cole’s house for a sporting event at University of Wyoming. This house was perfect! Cole was very communicative and an excellent host. This comfortable house had a workout machine, reclining couches, cable TV to watch games, and plenty of room to make it our home base for the weekend. Thanks Cole!
My husband, sister-in-law, and I plan autumn trips yearly, and this year's choice was a very good one. On a quiet street, clean unit, and well-appointed kitchen provided just the right blend for us. Dietary limitations require cooking, and we couldn't have found better appliances, service pieces, and accoutrements for our needs. The superb lighting allowed lots of time and clarity for our jigsaw puzzles and card games, and our pug Meghan was eager to explore the yard and neighborhood walks. We were within easy drives of the Interstate, state highway, scenic highway, UW campus, and any community needs we had. Delighted we are to recommend that others consider a stay here. Thanks for the comfort.
We have stayed in this house before and sought it out again. It is well stocked and the layout works great for our group. We enjoy the comfortable living room furniture and the large kitchen table. Thanks for another great stay!
Great place to stay with friends and family. Fully stocked kitchen and great deck and barbecue for home cooking.
I highly recommend and will would rent again the next we out to visit family.
We had a wonderful, relaxing stay in this beautiful home. Convenient location in nice neighborhood with easy access to Laramie, Snowy Range Mountains, and Vedauwoo areas. Home is clean and spacious with comfortable bedrooms, well-appointed kitchen, and awesome garage games!
One of the best VRBOs we have stayed...excellent communication with host, as well. We will definitely reserve again for a future trip back to Laramie!
The check in and out process was super easy. The house was very clean and organized. The drawers were even labels. The furnishings and bedding were comfortable. There was coffee available as well as toiletries in the bathrooms. It was a very comfortable stay and I would definitely book with this host again!
This was by far the best rental I’ve stayed in. Every detail was thought through. It was clean, roomy, and fab location just a quick 2 miles to everything in Laramie. Nothing was worn but rather well taken care of. Great coffee service area. Great sitting area and great play area in the garage. We loved it and would definitely rent again. Wish the owners/managers of this rental were in charge of all of them.
We loved everything about this property. It was clean, so comfortable, and had everything we could have ever needed! We truly felt at home here and will definitely be back next year.
We wish we had a longer stay in Laramie because this house was so lovely. Everything was new and high-tech. The big, fenced yard was perfect for our dog. Check-in and check-out were both easy. Everyone had a comfortable room and plenty of space. The kitchen had every utensil or appliance we wanted. We also enjoyed the darts in the garage. Great house with an easy to find location!
We really enjoyed staying here. It is very comfortable and had everything we needed! It has great games for the family to play and keep entertained. The host is friendly and easy to get in touch with.
This property was perfect for our family. Very cute and comfortable. The host has literally thought about every detail, which made our experience there great! We 10/10 recommend this place if your in the area. Hope to stay again in the fall/winter time frame.
Laramie - first time visit; hopefully not the last
We had plenty of room for 4 adults. Very comfortable house - great place to hang out after days of travel. The backyard was wonderful for our 2 furry family members. Good communication with the owner - let us know we could check in early. Nice neighborhood - makes me want to live there!
Property was just as described and perfect for our stay in Laramie

About the host

I grew up in Wyoming and attended the University through my undergraduate. I remain a die hard Cowboys fan, to the point where I thought it would be fun to purchase a home in Laramie since we are there so often. My wife, 2 children and myself currently reside in Aurora, CO.
Why they chose this property
I am very familiar with the Laramie area due to growing up nearby. I find myself coming back for sporting events, the nearby snowy range mountains for skiing and snowmobiling, as well as my family that is still in the area. There are several outdoor activities and gorgeous scenery within 45 minutes of the home.
