Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgassenlage in Hooksiel direkt an der Nordsee in zentraler Lage zu vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Der Strand liegt nur 3 Autominuten entfernt. Zu Fuss sind das Meerwasserhallenwellenbad, eine Bäckerei, ein Restaurant und die Kurverwaltung in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Weiterhin sind ein Supermarkt, Tankstelle, Wasserskianlage, Surfschule, Jaderennbahn, Bücherei etc. in der Nähe. Im Dorfzentrum befindet sich der historische Hafen sowie einige Cafés. Die historische Altstadt von Jever liegt 20 Minuten entfernt.
