The house is very central, starting point for excursions, beaches, bars, restaurants and the archaeological park of Selinunte. To the Lo Scalo beach there is a large staircase that leads down to the harbor. The other beaches of La Pineta, Lido Zabbara and Voglimi can be reached in about 10 minutes. Walk. Entertainment options on the beach promenade can also be reached in a few minutes. Footpath, for example through this staircase that leads down to the port of Selinunte.

The house has a little more than 120 square meters of living space as well as a large roof terrace and a separate large laundry room spread over 2 floors. Ground floor + 1 floor eating - sleeping - living, floor 2 relaxing on the terrace / and laundry room. On the ground floor there is a small veranda, a spacious living and dining room, a bedroom, a small kitchen and a guest toilet, on the first floor there is the main bathroom and two further bedrooms, one with a balcony facing the street, on the second floor there is a laundry room / storage room and a large outdoor terrace with lounge and grill. Ideal for 4-6 people. Air conditioning units have been in the bedrooms since 2018. In 2018, a new kitchen including a dishwasher was also installed. At the moment the house has no WiFi.
