Welcome to this four bedroom, two bathroom apartment located in the neighborhood of Lakeview. The location is fantastic. The shops, restaurants, and bars located on Ashland, Lincoln, and Belmont Aves. are a short walk from the apartment. There is a train stop for the Brown Line train four blocks from the apartment. The apartment is an ideal option for families and groups of friends looking to stay in the popular Lakeview neighborhood.
The Space:
This four bedroom, two bathroom apartment is located on the first floor and basement level and has a fantastic layout for families and groups of friends. The main level of the apartment has three bedrooms and one bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and the other two bedrooms have full beds. The bathroom on the main level has a shower/tub. The fourth bedroom and second bathroom are located in the basement. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the bathroom has a large walk-in shower. In addition to the bedrooms, the apartment has a queen size air mattress for additional sleeping arrangements for larger groups (10 MAX).
The kitchen and living room share an open concept that is ideal for groups. The kitchen is stocked for guests looking to cook in unit. The kitchen has nice finishes, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. The living room has comfortable furniture and a large, brand new 55 inch flat screen TV that is mounted. There is an additional living room in the basement with a foosball table. Lastly, there is a laundry room in the basement with a washer and dryer that guests are able to use during their stay
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Please note, this house is a duplex and there are full-time residents in the upper level apartment. Guests will only have access to the main level/basement apartment. You will receive a message with check-in information the day before arrival with all of your information for the stay.
The Neighborhood:
Lakeview is a quiet residential neighborhood just a few miles northwest of downtown Chicago. This apartment is perfect for groups who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown while still having quick and convenient access to everything Chicago has to offer. In addition, we are very close to Wrigleyville and Wrigley Field if you are in town for a Cubs game or want to experience all the great restaurants/nightlife. The apartment is walking distance to the shops, restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Also, guests can walk to the Roscoe Village attractions located on Roscoe Street.
Getting Around:
The closest L stop is the Paulina stop on the Brown Line train. The station is 0.4 miles and an 8 minute walk away from the house. You can access the best Chicago has to offer on the L transit system. For guests bringing a car, please note that this condo does not include a designated parking spot, we do have free street parking on our street and neighboring streets (first come, first serve) and we recommend using SpotHero to find/reserve a parking spot! There are plenty of Uber/Lyft and taxis throughout the neighborhood as well. If you have luggage before your designated check in time we highly suggest using the website bagbnb to drop off bags when you explore the city!

If you arrive into town before check in or do not have a flight until later past your check out, please use the site "Luggagehero" for luggage drop off or pickup, if you do not want to haul your luggage around town.
We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras
