Chesa Chavriol is located in the heart of Celerina, very close to the skating rink in winter which becomes tennis courts and a children's area in summer. It is only 500 meters from the ski lifts and the station. St. Moritz is 2 km away. The cross-country ski trails are 400 meters away. Both summer and winter trails start directly from the apartment.
Large shared garden, shared laundry room, ski room in the basement. Garage. Chesa Chavriol is a 70 sqm apartment with separable dining area and sitting area. Living room with two sofas that can be converted in single beds. A kitchen with a table, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom with bathtub/shower, WC and bidet. Nespresso coffe machine. Balcony south-west facing.
Parking lot in the garage, shared laundry (should be booked in advance) and ski waking and storage area.
Extra costs:
- Final cleaning: once per object Costs amounting to 204.44 EUR (Mandatory).
