The house is right across the street from the lake. A nice floating dock and great water access make this a home a fisherman's dream! And cook your catch on the bbq grill on the deck behind the house. Plenty of lawn for yard games too!

Islands Only management is right down the road!

Great local stores with deli, meat counter, and groceries.

Clean and beautiful home. The house had plenty of space for our family of 8. Easy access to the water and plenty of yard space/parking. The kitchen had all amenities which made cooking/grilling easy. My only advice would be to bring bottled water. We had a great time and would recommend this home.

*Please note that this home uses a well water system. It is treated with an injection system and then filtered, Although ok for showers and dishes, It is not potable. Please bring bottled water until we get town water down this street!
Please be aware the town has pushed back their timeline. It may be next Summer before the project makes it down Poor Farm Rd.
We require our contracted renters to be 24 years old or older. Thanks, have a great time, please remember this is not a party house!
