Our family of five had a wonderful stay in this cozy, charming home. It was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The Wolf Creek ski area was just a short 20-minute drive away, making it easy to enjoy the slopes. Plus, the Rainbow grocery store around the corner had everything we could have possibly needed. A perfect location for our family getaway
Our family of 6 loved the house. The accommodations are perfect. The kitchen is well stocked for all of your cooking needs. The big back patio with grill is a treat. Every room has a nice bed with a great TV. The dining & living rooms are perfect for games and movies. The views are great as well. There isn’t a thing we would change. Can’t wait to come back!
Group of 6 of us stayed in this cabin and it was perfect.
The cabin is setup perfectly for folks who plan on bringing a lot of gear with them. The attached enclosed porches served as a great place for coolers and extra gear.
Overall cabin was great and we had no complaints. The size was perfect and we had no issues. We will definitely be staying here again.
The property owner was great and was very responsive to any questions.
This house was perfect for our group of 4 adults. Previous reviews were accurate and we plan to try to stay here again in the spring of 2025 when we are back in the area. Cleanliness is critical to us and this house was very clean!
Stayed here for our family ski vacation. This was like staying at a friend's house. We had everything we needed for our stay. This layout is perfect and definitely one of our favorites when we stay in South Fork.
Our host was proactive in communicating with us before and after our stay. There are also a lot of deer in the neighborhood, which our boys enjoyed. We will be booking this cabin again.
Thanks Glen for being so caring and thoughtful from the time we were ready to arrive at your place (check-in), while we were there (stay), and when we left (check-out & arriving home).
Your place was a perfect place to stay. It was a definite home away from home. We arrived at night, the outside lights were on so it made it easy to find the house. We received the key code in advance and had easy step by step instructions to get into the house. Once in the house, there was ample room for our family to spread out and relax. There was all the things one could need in order to cook and bake in the kitchen. The beds were so comfortable. We all had a good night's sleep. There was ample amenities in the house like toiletries and paper goods. We enjoyed watching the wildlife in the backyard like deer and wild turkey. Having a washer and dryer was great for taking care of the families laundry. Your home was close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, and activities. It was a short drive to Wolf Creek to enjoy skiing and snowboarding. What a fun mountain to enjoy fresh powder! We can't wait to stay there again! Thanks Glen for a fun and memorable stay!
My husband, myself and two grandchildren enjoyed our stay. The back view was beautiful. I was glad the yard was fenced for added safety for my grandchildren. I heard their was an active bear but never saw one. (Dang it). lol The rooms were comfy. It was unusually warm and their was no a.c. Though the fans helped. It did turn comfortable at night. I was able to communicate easily with the owner. I would choose this cabin again.
Our ski group loved the cabin. It was comfortable and we felt at home. There was plenty of room for 4 of us plus our gear. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed cooking/eating in. Would definately stay here again.
The house was very welcoming. They even added a Christmas tree so it was all prepped for the holidays. I would recommend this home for anyone who wants a great experience. The owners of the home are very responsive to any all questions you may have. Very caring and making sure your experience was good.
The check in was smooth, cabin was very clean, newly painted, furniture in good shape. Cabin is in Southfork, but borders the National Forest. Great views, easy access to the highway and/or town. Tip: top off your gas tanks in Del Norte, as gas in Southfork will cost you 10 to 20 cents per gallon more.
This cabin is very roomy and looks just as photos show. It had everything our group of 4 needed from comfy beds to a well stocked kitchen to both a front and back porch/patio. Internet was very responsive. The neighborhood is lovely to walk around. We took in 2 great CRT plays in Creede, a beautiful 21 mile drive away.
