Ground floor is a special part of this native Dalmatian house, which can function as a separate apartment. It consists of a spacious living room and dining room with sofa (can pe pulled out as an extra bed for one person) and a large, modern dining table with 12 chairs. In this area there is also fully equipped, spacious and modern shabby chic kitchen, where it is a true pleasure to prepare all specialties. In the ground floor there is also a room with a double bed that reminds on ancient times and one double room with twin beds, which is connected by a small window to living room. There is also bathroom with shower.

Living room is separated by French doors from a beautifully arranged terrace with garden furniture, a perfect place to have a morning coffee in the shade. In this area, there is an outdoor grill where you can prepare various Dalmatian specialties. Special highlight is sauna where you will be able to fully relax and enjoy. Near the entrance to the sauna there are 2 showers, one of which is designed as a waterfall. Here is another terrace with garden furniture and table tenis.

Entering the courtyard on the first floor, you enter the terrace of enjoyment! It is equipped with garden furniture, parasols and deck chairs, while the special semicircular outdoor pool with jacuzzi and mini waterfall will allow you to enjoy in its refreshments during the hot days.

Entering the first floor you are entering an area of modern, fully equipped and open kitchen, dining room, table and chairs. The main living area has a sofa that can serve as an extra bed for one person, an armchair, and LCD satellite TV and an open fireplace. In a separate corner of the living area there is a working desk and a guest toilet.

On the second floor of the villa there are two bedrooms, the master one - airy bedroom with a double bed, en suite bathroom equipped with modern designer tub and shower and a tastefully furnished balcony that offers a great view on greenery and the blue sea. The second bedroom also has a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower. This room overlooks the terrace, swimming pool and nature.

The villa is fully air-conditioned, has satellite LCD TV, home theater, CD and DVD player, internet access, phone for emergency calls, fully equipped kitchen with freezer (side-by-side, with ice maker) blender, juicer, toasters. There is also washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, baby cot is available on request, safe.
