Our hosts went out of their way to make our stay fun and easy. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The views of the gulf and intercoastal were amazing. The amenities are all there as well. The only thing we didn't like was leaving at the end of our stay.

Perfect Getaway! Just the break needed from our busy lives!

This property was everything we could have wanted and more. Beautifully furnished, gorgeous view of the water from everywhere in the condo, and stocked with up-to-date appliances and necessities (towels, utensils, cleaning supplies, etc). I was very pleased with how smoothly the owners processed all of the paper work and how professional the whole system was. Also, Sand Key Beach in Clearwater turned out to be a perfect balance between a relaxing beach getaway and a home/cottage feel. All of our favorite familiar restaurants and chains are still around, but then when you're on the beach you go back to forgetting you're not on an island in the Carribean! I realized how exclusive Sand Key Island is and I will definitely be going back and would recommend this condo to anyone :)

Why they chose this property

Visited Clearwater beaches for many years and after much research found Sand Key to be superior. A bridge away from busy Clearwater beach to wide white groomed sand. A much different place where it is less crowded. Bought for personal use, too busy to go often. Decided to rent to people who enjoy the elegance of Sand Key and the distinguished views Crescent Beach Club has to offer of the Gulf and intercoastal.

What makes this property unique

Magnificent views, city lights at night. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Public transportation to other beaches.
