"Good Day Sunshine" is a gorgeous 5 bedroom (4 Kings!!) 4.5 bath recently renovated home (2900 SF sleeps 16) in the beautiful resort community of SEACREST Beach and offers 7 complimentary beach cruiser bikes!

ABOUT THE HOME: This beautiful coastal home has all the comforts and luxuries you would expect. It’s outfitted top to bottom in Pottery Barn and West Elm furniture, brand new Helix comfort mattresses, and smart TVs in every bedroom.

With 3 floors of living space, it’s perfect for large groups or multiple families. The first floor is equipped with a family room, dining room (with table for 10), fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, and ensuite master bedroom. There is a large deck on the front of the house for drinking your morning coffee (Keurig and drip) or spending the evening with your family and friends. There is a desk located in the master bedroom for any remote working needs. Wi-Fi should never be an issue with the EERO mesh network throughout the house with close to 1G download speeds. Behind the house is the back entrance; there is a full-size 2 car garage where you will find complimentary bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, coolers, and umbrellas - everything you need for a perfect day at the beach!

The second floor has 3 King bedrooms, all with smart WIFI-enabled TVs and covered porches equipped with chairs for lounging. Two of these bedrooms also have private bathrooms (one with a tub/shower combo, the other with a shower). There is a bunk room at the end of the hall that sleeps 6, also with it's own TV, games, toys, and an Xbox which includes Fortnite, Rocket League, Madden football, and many others. NOTE: We also have a GRACO high chair and a pack n' play for our guests' use.

Walk up the stairs once more and you will find an oasis to some of the most beautiful sunsets every night with a bar area with built in wine / beverage fridge and double doors leading to a large deck area with a high top table (seating for 6) and 4 Adirondack chairs. Relax and enjoy the game or partake in some cocktails each night while watching the sunset. There is also a couch with a trundle bed on the 3rd floor which sleeps an additional 2 guests.

ABOUT THE AREA: It’s just a short walk to the majestic 12,000 square-foot pool or the private beach, or you also have the option of catching the complimentary tram that runs from 9am to 6pm, March through October. Also nearby are the resort towns of Rosemary and Alys Beach where there are first rate restaurants and shops. In addition to the beach and pool, there are lots of outdoor activities to enjoy. A bike path (Timpoochee Trail) runs the length of 30A (18 miles!) if you want a longer ride. Check out all the neighboring towns, coastal dune lakes and state parks along the way. You won’t be disappointed.
