Welcome to the Ferienhaus Familie Zimml in Reinberg-Heidenreichstein in the Upper Waldviertel!

Enjoy an idyllic stay with us in the peace of the mystical Waldviertel!

Our holiday home is located away from the main traffic routes next to our own house, surrounded by forests and ponds along one of the many cycle paths.

It is a self-catering house, completely renovated and renovated and can accommodate 2-6 persons.

It consists of 1 fully equipped kitchen with stove, coffee machine, water cooker and microwave, 1 bedroom for 2 persons with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom for 2 persons with 2 single beds, 1 living room with 1 bed sofa for 2 persons, radio, satellite TV, W -LAN, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 WC, terrace with barbeque and trampoline.
Bed linen, towels / bath towels, dishes, household items for 6 persons, vacuum cleaners are also available.

Der Gartentisch sowie alle Gartenstühle wurden nicht geputzt; da befand sich noch der Schmutz vom Winter!! Wir haben dann selber geputzt! Am nächsten Tag sind wir wetterbedingt abgereist; dass wir eventuell etwas Geld retour bekommen, war KEIN Thema von Seiten der Vermieterin

Sehr schönes Haus in wunderschöner und ruhiger Umgebung
Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alles bestens. Das Highlight ist der Garten (mit dem Trampolin) und den Teichen wo die Frösche quaken. Super Stützpunkt zur Erkundung des Waldviertels und Südböhmens!

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind auch optimal, um einen ruhigen Urlaub zu genießen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

alles bestens im haus und rundherum. beste radfahrmöglichkeiten in die tschechei und auch ins umliegende waldviertel mit guten einkehrmöglichkeiten. die dusche funktioniert super: der duschstrahl ist stark und das wasser war immer heiss. alles superiorst.

Das Ferienhaus ist sauber, geschmackvoll hergerichtet und großzügig. Absolut ruhige Lage ohne Autoverkehr. Das schönste war für uns die Terrasse, da sitzt man völlig ungestört unter Bäumen und hat einen wundervollen Blick über das gepflegte Naturgrundstück auf Teiche, Wiesen und Wald. Trotz der abgeschiedenen Lage ist es ein guter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung des nordwestlichen Waldviertels und den angrenzenden Gebieten in Tschechien. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das WLAN war nicht immer verfügbar und wenn dann recht langsam. Alles in allem hatten wir eine wunderbar entspannte Ferienwoche und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank dafür!

Très belle maison indépendante entièrement rénovée dans la campagne du nord de l’Autriche. Elle possède tout le confort nécessaire et est d’une parfaite propreté. Pour les amoureux de la nature et des promenades champêtres. Si vous aimez le golf vous êtes à 15/20’ du golf Haugschlag. Très belle endroit à visiter si vous avez besoin d’un pied à terre.

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, idyllisch und mitten in der Natur. Perfekt ausgestattet, liebevoll dekoriert und blitzeblank sauber. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen sicher wieder :-)

Liebes Häuschen mit schöner Küche, gemütlichem Wohnzimmer und zwei Schlafzimmern direkt an einem Radweg gelegen. Als Ausgangspunkt für Rad- und Wandertouren optimal.
